斑巖型礦床露天開采儲量動態(tài)評估方法研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:資源/儲量分類分級對于政府部門、地勘單位、礦山企業(yè)而言都十分重要。儲量評估是一個復(fù)雜的動態(tài)過程,貫穿于礦床發(fā)現(xiàn)、開發(fā)直至閉坑的整個生命周期,對儲量動態(tài)評估理論、方法、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究具有重要意義。論文以斑巖型露天礦為研究對象,采用理論分析與實例分析相結(jié)合的方法,從地質(zhì)可靠程度和經(jīng)濟性兩個維度對資源/儲量分類分級體系進(jìn)行了全面剖析,主要完成了以下工作:(1)針對斑巖型及類似礦床的特點,建立了一套從資源量估算到儲量升級再到模型動態(tài)更新的露天礦儲量動態(tài)評估方法體系。該體系結(jié)構(gòu)清晰、可操作性強,適用于品位漸變、礦巖界限模糊的露天礦。(2)基于三維礦業(yè)軟件的資源量估算關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究和算法實現(xiàn)。研究并實現(xiàn)了基于RBF函數(shù)和MC算法的礦體模型構(gòu)建、變橢球搜索算法、MSP算法及優(yōu)化等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),對資源量估算的效率和估計精度有較大提高,提升了國產(chǎn)軟件資源量估算水平,縮小了與國際先進(jìn)礦業(yè)軟件之間的差距。(3)研究將資源地質(zhì)可靠程度評價分為整體和局部兩個層次,基于地質(zhì)統(tǒng)計學(xué)、塊體模型和計算機技術(shù),針對整體評價和局部評價的不同特點,分別從評價單元、資源量估算手段、估值精度影響因素等方面深入分析,提出了量化評價指標(biāo),為完善資源分級體系奠定了基礎(chǔ)。(4)在保留經(jīng)濟、可行性、地質(zhì)(EFG)三軸分類框架的基礎(chǔ)上,重新構(gòu)建了斑巖型露天礦資源/儲量分類分級體系,形成了一個三大類13個類型三軸4代碼的資源/儲量分類分級系統(tǒng)。研究成果能夠與國際接軌又不失我國特色,在國家礦產(chǎn)資源管理及礦山企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理中都具有重要意義。(5)闡述了不同條件下,露天礦資源/儲量估算模型動態(tài)更新的調(diào)整機制。論證了露天礦最終境界是資源整體經(jīng)濟性的宏觀體現(xiàn);選別開采單元塊凈價值是資源局部經(jīng)濟性的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn);邊際品位適時調(diào)整是對價格、成本、礦山地質(zhì)條件的動態(tài)響應(yīng),是露天礦經(jīng)濟、管理、決策的核心內(nèi)容。(6)選取有代表性的斑巖型礦床對研究成果進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用驗證。結(jié)果表明,本研究所建立的儲量動態(tài)評估體系具有較強的實用性,提高了資源/儲量估算的準(zhǔn)確性和時效性,對資源評估和礦山生產(chǎn)都有指導(dǎo)意義,有推廣應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Classification of resources / reserves is very important for government departments, geological prospecting units and mining enterprises. Reserves assessment is a complex dynamic process, which runs through the whole life cycle of ore deposit discovery, development and closing pit. It is of great significance to study the theory, method and key technology of reserves dynamic evaluation. Taking porphyry opencast mine as the research object, this paper comprehensively analyzes the classification and classification system of resources / reserves from the two dimensions of geological reliability and economy by combining theoretical analysis with practical analysis. According to the characteristics of porphyry type and similar deposits, a set of dynamic evaluation method system of opencast reserves is established from resource estimation to reserve upgrading to dynamic updating of model. This system has the advantages of clear structure, strong maneuverability, suitable for open-pit mine with gradation grade and fuzzy boundary of ore and rock.) based on 3D mining software, the key technology of resource estimation is studied and realized. This paper studies and realizes the key technologies of ore body model construction based on RBF function and MC algorithm, variable ellipsoid search algorithm and optimization, etc. The efficiency and precision of resource estimation are greatly improved, and the level of domestic software resource estimation is improved. The research divides the evaluation of geological reliability of resources into two levels: integral and local, based on geostatistics, block model and computer technology. According to the different characteristics of the whole evaluation and the local evaluation, the quantitative evaluation index is put forward from the aspects of the evaluation unit, the means of estimating the resource quantity and the factors affecting the estimation accuracy. In order to improve the classification system of resources, the classification and classification system of resources / reserves of porphyry opencast mines has been re-constructed on the basis of preserving the economic, feasible and geological EFG triaxial classification framework. A resource / reserve classification system with 13 types, 3 axes and 4 codes is formed. The research results are of great significance in national mineral resource management and mine enterprise production management, and the adjustment mechanism of dynamic updating of open-pit mine resource / reserve estimation model under different conditions is expounded. It is demonstrated that the ultimate boundary of open-pit mine is the macroscopic embodiment of the overall economy of resources, the net value of the selected mining unit is the standard of measuring the local economy of resources, and the timely adjustment of marginal grade is the dynamic response to the price, cost and geological conditions of the mine. It is the core content of open pit mine economy, management and decision-making. The representative porphyry deposit is selected to verify the application of the research results. The results show that the reserve dynamic evaluation system established in this paper has strong practicability, improves the accuracy and timeliness of resource / reserve estimation, has guiding significance for resource evaluation and mine production, and is worth popularizing and applying.
