采煤機(jī)截割部機(jī)電傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特性分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)采煤機(jī)截割機(jī)電傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)載荷大易于損壞的特點(diǎn),提出一個(gè)行星齒輪變速過程扭轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,建立包含電動(dòng)機(jī)、齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和滾筒的采煤機(jī)截割機(jī)電傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,并對(duì)沖擊載荷下采煤機(jī)截割機(jī)電傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行仿真,研究電動(dòng)機(jī)-齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的連接剛度和阻尼以及齒輪嚙合剛度對(duì)采煤機(jī)截割機(jī)電傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特性的影響,最后提出了減小采煤機(jī)截割部機(jī)電傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)嚙合力沖擊的方法,以減少采煤機(jī)截割傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的破壞。嚙合沖擊力可以分成兩類:時(shí)變嚙合剛度引起的嚙合沖擊力和沖擊負(fù)載引起的嚙合沖擊力?梢酝ㄟ^減少嚙合剛度的變化(比如采用人字齒輪)來降低時(shí)變嚙合剛度引起的動(dòng)態(tài)嚙合力沖擊;選取合適的電動(dòng)機(jī)-齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)連接阻尼和較小的電動(dòng)機(jī)-齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)連接剛度來減小沖擊負(fù)載引起的動(dòng)態(tài)嚙合力沖擊。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics that the dynamic load of cutting electromechanical transmission system of shearer is large and easy to damage, a torsional dynamic model of planetary gear changing process is proposed, which includes motor. The dynamic model of cutting electromechanical transmission system of shearer and the dynamic characteristics of cutting electromechanical transmission system of shearer under impact load are simulated. The influence of the connection stiffness and damping of the motor-gear transmission system and the gear meshing stiffness on the dynamic characteristics of the cutting electromechanical transmission system of the shearer is studied. Finally, the method of reducing the dynamic meshing force impact of the electromechanical transmission system of the cutting part of the shearer is put forward to reduce the damage of the cutting transmission system of the shearer. The meshing impact force can be divided into two categories: the meshing impact force caused by time-varying meshing stiffness and the meshing impact force caused by impact load. The dynamic meshing force shock caused by time-varying meshing stiffness can be reduced by reducing the change of meshing stiffness (for example, using herringbone gear). In order to reduce the dynamic meshing force shock caused by impact load, appropriate connection damping of motor gear transmission system and small connection stiffness of motor gear transmission system are selected.
