重復(fù)采動地表移動變形影響因素排序研究

【摘要】:在煤炭開發(fā)的過程中,重復(fù)采動出現(xiàn)的概率很高,相對于初次開采,重復(fù)采動對地表的破壞程度更強(qiáng),并且有很多因素都能影響重復(fù)采動的結(jié)果。當(dāng)前對重復(fù)采動地表下沉規(guī)律的研究還不夠全面、系統(tǒng)、深入。尤其是對重復(fù)采動的最大下沉值的主控因素的研究尚有欠缺。由于眾多因素都可以影響重復(fù)采動的結(jié)果,經(jīng)過分析決定選擇煤層間距、基巖厚度和松散層厚度作為研究對象,以研究這三個因素對重復(fù)采動沉陷盆地的影響,并得出這三個因素中對下沉最大值影響的主控因素。由于地表沉陷的研究屬于巖體大變形研究,而軟件FLAC3D在解決大變形的問題上具有很大的優(yōu)勢,也得到了國內(nèi)外的廣泛運(yùn)用,得到了很多有價值的實(shí)用的結(jié)果,對解決大變形問題提供了很多有價值的建議,因此決定使用該軟件作為本文的主要研究手段。本文基于模擬軟件FLAC3D,共建立了 44個模擬模型,以研究各個因素對最終沉陷盆地和最大下沉值的影響,其中有42個模型模擬兩煤層重復(fù)采動,1個模型模擬三煤層重復(fù)采動,1個模型模擬水平方向的重復(fù)采動。利用Origin軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行作圖,對比了 11組兩煤層重復(fù)之后的地表變化曲線和其他兩個模型的地表變化曲線,而后運(yùn)用正交試驗(yàn)法,對三個因素對重復(fù)采動最大下沉值的結(jié)果影響程度進(jìn)行排序,得出主控因素和三因素影響序列,三個因素對重復(fù)采動地表下沉最大值的影響程度排序:基巖厚度松散層厚度煤層間距。結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的對重復(fù)采動實(shí)際地表觀測的結(jié)果,發(fā)現(xiàn)巨厚松散層和深井開采條件下重復(fù)采動地表變形規(guī)律存在特異性。
[Abstract]:In the process of coal exploitation, the probability of repeated mining is very high. Compared with the initial mining, the repeated mining has stronger damage degree to the surface, and many factors can affect the result of repeated mining. At present, the study on the law of repeated mining subsidence is not comprehensive, systematic and in-depth. In particular, the study on the main control factors of the maximum subsidence value of repeated mining is still lacking. Because many factors can affect the result of repeated mining, it is decided to select coal seam spacing, bedrock thickness and loose bed thickness as the research objects after analysis, in order to study the influence of these three factors on the repeated mining subsidence basin. The main controlling factors of these three factors on the maximum value of subsidence are obtained. Because the study of surface subsidence belongs to the study of large deformation of rock mass, the software FLAC3D has a great advantage in solving the problem of large deformation, and has been widely used at home and abroad, and many valuable practical results have been obtained. A lot of valuable suggestions are provided for solving the problem of large deformation, so it is decided to use this software as the main research method in this paper. Based on the simulation software FLAC3D, 44 simulation models are established to study the influence of various factors on the final subsidence basin and the maximum subsidence value. There are 42 models to simulate the repeated mining of two coal seams, one model to simulate the repeated mining of three coal seams, and one model to simulate the repeated mining in the horizontal direction. Using Origin software to map the data, the surface change curves of 11 groups of two coal seams are compared with those of the other two models, and then the orthogonal test method is used. The degree of influence of three factors on the result of the maximum subsidence value of repeated mining is ranked, and the main control factors and the three factors influence sequence are obtained. The degree of influence of three factors on the maximum value of the surface subsidence in the repeated mining is ranked as follows: the spacing of the thickness of the bedrock and the thickness of the loose layer. Combined with the existing results of the actual surface observation of repeated mining, it is found that there is specificity in the law of surface deformation of repeated mining under the conditions of extremely thick loose layer and deep well mining.
