【摘要】：現(xiàn)有采煤機自動化割煤方法缺乏合適的數(shù)學(xué)模型及算法,無法實現(xiàn)長期、連續(xù)自動化割煤,制約了工作面自動化水平的提高。針對該問題,在三維坐標系中分析了采煤機姿態(tài)、位置與截割高度之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系,建立了基于靜止坐標系和運動坐標系的采煤機運動方程,并提出了基于運動坐標系的雙示范刀、單示范刀記憶割煤算法及具體實現(xiàn)方法。在錦界煤礦31112工作面應(yīng)用單示范刀記憶割煤算法進行長期自動化割煤,實現(xiàn)了包括三角區(qū)在內(nèi)的全工作面區(qū)域自動化割煤,證明了算法的正確性、可行性及魯棒性。
[Abstract]:The existing automatic coal cutting methods of shearer are lack of suitable mathematical model and algorithm, which can not realize long-term and continuous automatic coal cutting, which restricts the improvement of working face automation level. In order to solve this problem, the paper analyzes the functional relationship between the attitude, position and cutting height of shearer in three-dimensional coordinate system, and establishes the motion equation of shearer based on static coordinate system and moving coordinate system. A memory coal cutting algorithm based on moving coordinate system and a single demonstration knife are presented. In 31112 face of Jinjie Coal Mine, single demonstration knife memory algorithm is used to carry out automatic coal cutting for a long time. The automatic coal cutting in the whole working face, including triangle area, is realized, and the correctness, feasibility and robustness of the algorithm are proved.
