含內(nèi)熱源非飽和松散煤體熱質(zhì)耦合仿真計(jì)算與試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為研究含內(nèi)熱源非飽和松散煤體內(nèi)的傳熱傳質(zhì)的基本規(guī)律,考慮了水分的蒸發(fā)和在熱動(dòng)力驅(qū)動(dòng)下因速度和溫度的變化引起的自然對(duì)流與熱彌散效應(yīng),采用流體分析軟件對(duì)建立的含內(nèi)熱源松散煤體熱質(zhì)耦合物理模型進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算,并對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:在含內(nèi)熱源的松散煤體內(nèi)部,以熱源為中心溫度縱向呈橢圓形分布規(guī)律,即縱向溫度變化比其在橫向的變化要快,此現(xiàn)象隨著內(nèi)熱源控制溫度的不斷增大而變得越來越顯著,且所得的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和Fluent模擬結(jié)果基本吻合。試驗(yàn)與模擬表明在平均粒徑小于6 mm的含內(nèi)熱源的松散煤體中存在明顯的自然對(duì)流和熱彌散效應(yīng),松散煤體內(nèi)部水分的蒸發(fā)和遷移對(duì)溫度的分布有很大的影響。
[Abstract]:In order to study the basic rules of heat and mass transfer in unsaturated loose coal with internal heat source, the effects of water evaporation and natural convection and thermal dispersion caused by the change of velocity and temperature driven by thermal power are considered. The physical model of thermal and mass coupling of loose coal with internal heat source was simulated by using fluid analysis software, and the experimental results and simulation results were analyzed. The results show that in the loose coal body with internal heat source, the temperature of the inner heat source is elliptical, that is, the change of longitudinal temperature is faster than that of transverse temperature. This phenomenon becomes more and more obvious with the increasing of the internal heat source control temperature, and the experimental results are in good agreement with the Fluent simulation results. The experiment and simulation show that there are obvious natural convection and thermal dispersion effects in loose coal with average diameter less than 6 mm, and the evaporation and migration of water in loose coal have great influence on temperature distribution.
