條帶殘留煤柱膏體充填綜采技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了徹底解放建筑物下條帶開采遺留煤柱資源,采用理論分析與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)踐結(jié)合的研究方法,對(duì)條帶遺留煤柱膏體充填復(fù)采煤柱穩(wěn)定性、覆巖結(jié)構(gòu)變化特征和膏體充填技術(shù)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了探討,得出了合理膏體充填體強(qiáng)度、充填率、煤柱寬度等參數(shù)指標(biāo)。研究表明:條帶開采遺留煤柱膏體充填復(fù)采時(shí)合理的煤柱寬度為5.0 m;充填率不得低于70%;安全系數(shù)取k=1.5~2.0,當(dāng)開采煤柱寬度小于50 m時(shí),充填體28 d抗壓強(qiáng)度不小于5.0 MPa;當(dāng)開采煤柱寬度小于100 m,充填體28 d抗壓強(qiáng)度不小于2.6 MPa。以濟(jì)北礦區(qū)岱莊煤礦生產(chǎn)技術(shù)條件,提出了條帶遺留煤柱膏體充填開采回收技術(shù),并確定了合理的工藝參數(shù)。實(shí)測(cè)表明,膏體充填開采達(dá)到充分采動(dòng)后,地表最大下沉值為220 mm,下沉系數(shù)為0.076,取得了良好的地表沉陷控制效果。
[Abstract]:In order to completely liberate the remaining coal pillar resources under the building, the stability of the plaster filling and mining pillar of the strip left coal pillar is studied by combining the theoretical analysis with the field practice. The characteristics of overburden structure and the technical parameters of paste filling are discussed, and the reasonable parameters of paste filling strength, filling rate and coal pillar width are obtained. The results show that the reasonable width of coal pillar is 5.0 m, the filling rate must not be less than 70 m, the safety factor is 1.5 ~ 2.0, when the width of coal pillar is less than 50 m, the coal pillar width is less than 50 m. The compressive strength of the filling body is not less than 5.0 MPA in 28 days, and the compressive strength of the filling body in 28 days is not less than 2.6 MPA when the width of the open coal pillar is less than 100 m. Based on the production technical conditions of Daizhuang Coal Mine in Jibei Mining area, this paper puts forward the recovery technology of plaster filling and filling with strip residual coal pillar, and determines the reasonable technological parameters. The measured results show that the maximum subsidence value of the surface is 220 mm and the subsidence coefficient is 0.076 after the plaster filling mining has reached the full mining. Good surface subsidence control effect has been achieved.
