【摘要】：殘留煤柱的回收對于提高煤炭采出率和資源利用率,延長礦井壽命具有重要的社會與經(jīng)濟價值。百善煤礦剩余煤柱為北大巷煤柱、東65煤柱和工廣煤柱,其中北大巷煤柱與其他煤柱相距較遠,東65煤柱與工廣煤柱生產系統(tǒng)存在相互影響,各煤柱邊界不規(guī)整,而且煤柱內存在多條老巷,這些現(xiàn)狀給殘留煤柱的回收帶來許多困難。本文以百善煤礦為研究對象,從殘留煤柱回收范圍、回采工藝、接替方案、回采巷道圍巖控制技術、通風及運輸線路和工作面過穿層老巷時安全保障措施等多方面對殘留煤柱群的回收進行設計研究,主要研究成果如下:(1)確定了殘留煤柱群的合理回收范圍,共回收煤炭106.3萬t,煤炭回收率達到84%。引入綜采設備,設計合理的接替方案,礦井收尾周期縮短9個月。(2)通過理論分析,確定了楔形護巷煤柱臨界寬度為12m,通過數(shù)值模擬研究了工作面回采前后不同護巷煤柱寬度處巷道圍巖應力分布及變形情況。通過理論計算設計了巷道支護參數(shù),并結合數(shù)值模擬對不同煤柱寬度處的巷道支護參數(shù)進行了優(yōu)化設計。(3)通過力學分析計算確定了工作面過老巷安全法距(底板穿層時為5.42m,頂板穿層時為1.96m)。通過對比決定采用木垛作為老巷支護材料,并對不同法距內木垛的支護參數(shù)進行了設計。(4)進行了工業(yè)性試驗,通過現(xiàn)場觀測,確保巷道支護參數(shù)安全可靠,工作面液壓支架基本能夠保證工作面的正常生產。
[Abstract]:The recovery of residual coal pillar has important social and economic value in improving coal mining rate, resource utilization rate and prolonging mine life. The remaining coal pillar of Baishan coal mine is the coal pillar of North Lane, the East 65 coal pillar and the industrial pillar, among which the coal pillar of the North Lane is far away from the other coal pillars, and the East 65 coal pillar has mutual influence with the production system of the industrial and broad coal pillar. The boundary of each coal pillar is irregular, and the coal pillar is in a number of old lanes. These conditions bring many difficulties to the recovery of the residual coal pillar. This paper takes Baishan coal mine as the research object, from the recovery range of the residual coal pillar, the recovery process, the replacement scheme, the control technology of the surrounding rock of the mining roadway, the safety guarantee of the ventilation and transportation lines and the old roadway crossing the surface of the working face. The main research results are as follows: (1) the reasonable recovery range of the residual coal column group is determined, 1 million 63 thousand T of coal recovery is recovered, the coal recovery rate is 84%. into the fully mechanized coal mining equipment, the reasonable replacement scheme is designed, the end period of the mine is shortened by 9 months. (2) through theoretical analysis, it has been determined. The critical width of coal pillar in wedge-shaped roadway is 12m. Through numerical simulation, the stress distribution and deformation of the surrounding rock of different roadway pillar width are studied. The roadway support parameters are designed by theoretical calculation, and the roadway support parameters at the width of different coal pillars are optimized with numerical simulation. (3) through force The analysis calculation determines the safety law distance of the old roadway over the working face (when the floor is 5.42m, the roof is 1.96m). Through the comparison, the wood stack is used as the supporting material for the old lane, and the supporting parameters of the internal wood stacks with different normal distance are designed. (4) the industrial test is carried out to ensure the safety of the supporting parameters of the roadway through the field observation. The working face hydraulic support can basically guarantee the normal production of the working face.
