水體下采煤頂板突水機(jī)理與穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:為了保證水體下頂水承壓采煤的安全性,論文通過(guò)資料收集和數(shù)據(jù)整理,運(yùn)用層次分析法與GIS評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),根據(jù)納林河礦首采區(qū)3-1煤層的地質(zhì)采礦條件,對(duì)該礦水體下頂水采煤的頂板突水機(jī)理及穩(wěn)定性予以分析探討。論文通過(guò)資料閱讀及理論分析,總結(jié)了水體下采煤頂板突水機(jī)理及影響水體下采煤頂板穩(wěn)定性的主要因子。通過(guò)收集礦井的原始素材與采礦地質(zhì)資料,確定影響所要研究礦區(qū)的頂板穩(wěn)定性的因素。將根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)確定的影響因素建立層次分析模型,并通過(guò)層次分析及主成分分析法把定性指標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換成定量指標(biāo)。然后利用GIS評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)對(duì)所研究煤層進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),最后根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果提出必要的安全防突技術(shù)措施。根據(jù)礦井實(shí)際分析得到影響研究礦區(qū)首采區(qū)3-1煤層頂板穩(wěn)定性的因素為水文地質(zhì)條件、頂板結(jié)構(gòu)特征、采控措施三方面,包含頂板水體富水性、含水層厚度、泥巖厚度比、頂板隔水層厚度、構(gòu)造情況(斷層、陷落柱)、煤層采厚7個(gè)因素。經(jīng)過(guò)系統(tǒng)分析,研究礦區(qū)首采區(qū)3-1煤層頂板穩(wěn)定性被劃分為4個(gè)分區(qū):不穩(wěn)定區(qū)域、過(guò)渡區(qū)域、較穩(wěn)定區(qū)域、相對(duì)穩(wěn)定區(qū)域。不穩(wěn)定區(qū)主要集中在采區(qū)東北部河道附近及局部斷層、陷落柱附近,此不穩(wěn)定區(qū)域較其他區(qū)域易發(fā)生頂板突水事故,因此要加強(qiáng)對(duì)這些不穩(wěn)定區(qū)的頂板管理,增加防治突水的管控措施。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the safety of coal mining under water top water pressure, the paper applies AHP and GIS evaluation system through data collection and data collation, according to the geological and mining conditions of 3-1 coal seam in the first mining area of Nalin River Mine.The mechanism and stability of roof water inrush of coal mining under water body of this mine are analyzed and discussed.Through reading data and theoretical analysis, this paper summarizes the mechanism of coal mining roof water inrush under water and the main factors that affect the stability of coal mining roof under water body.By collecting the original material and mining geological data, the factors influencing the roof stability of the mining area are determined.The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model is established according to the factors determined by the data, and the qualitative index is transformed into the quantitative index by AHP and principal component analysis (PCA).Then the comprehensive evaluation of the studied coal seams is carried out by using the GIS evaluation system, and the necessary technical measures of safety and outburst prevention are put forward according to the evaluation results.According to the actual mine analysis, the factors affecting the roof stability of the 3-1 coal seam in the first mining area of mining area are hydrogeological conditions, roof structure characteristics, mining control measures, including water-rich roof water, aquifer thickness, and mudstone thickness ratio.Thickness of roof water barrier layer, structure (fault, collapse column, mining thickness of coal seam) 7 factors.Through systematic analysis, the roof stability of 3-1 coal seam in the first mining area of mining area is divided into four regions: unstable region, transition region, relatively stable area and relatively stable area.The unstable area is mainly concentrated near the river course and local fault in the northeast of the mining area, and near the collapse column. The unstable area is more prone to roof water inrush than other areas, so it is necessary to strengthen the roof management of these unstable areas.Increase control measures to prevent water inrush.
