白鎢礦浮選體系含鈣脈石礦物大分子有機(jī)抑制劑性能研究

【摘要】:白鎢礦和含鈣脈石的可浮性相似,分離時(shí)相互干擾,難以分離。前人也做了大量的研究,主要集中在尋找高效的捕收劑以及含鈣脈石的有效抑制劑,取得了很多成果。本論文對(duì)大分子抑制劑進(jìn)行了研究,查看它們對(duì)含鈣礦物的浮選行為。論文通過單礦物浮選試驗(yàn)研究了大分子抑制劑對(duì)含鈣礦物浮選行為的影響;并運(yùn)用紅外光譜、動(dòng)電位和接觸角測(cè)定等測(cè)試方法和手段探討了腐殖酸鈉的抑制作用機(jī)理,研究的主要內(nèi)容如下:通過單礦物浮選試驗(yàn),研究了腐殖酸鈉、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸鈉、羧甲基纖維素以及單寧五種大分子有機(jī)抑制劑以及水玻璃、六偏磷酸鈉對(duì)含鈣礦物浮選行為的影響。七種抑制劑對(duì)白鎢礦和含鈣脈石浮選分離能力強(qiáng)弱順序?yàn)?腐殖酸鈉羧甲基纖維素六偏磷酸鈉單寧水玻璃聚丙烯酸鈉聚丙烯酰胺。研究了不同礦漿溫度條件下,腐殖酸鈉對(duì)三種礦物浮選的影響,結(jié)果表明27℃比15℃更加有利于腐殖酸鈉對(duì)白鎢礦和含鈣脈石礦物的分離。同時(shí),研究了難免離子Fe3+、Ca2+、K+和腐殖酸鈉共存時(shí),含鈣礦物的浮選行為;結(jié)果表明:Fe3+、Ca2+、K+三種離子均能促進(jìn)腐殖酸鈉的抑制作用;尤其Ca2+存在時(shí)會(huì)嚴(yán)重惡化白鎢浮選。還分別采用NaOH和Na2CO3調(diào)節(jié)礦漿pH,研究腐殖酸鈉對(duì)含鈣礦物的浮選行為,結(jié)果表明用NaOH調(diào)節(jié)pH更加有利于白鎢礦和含鈣脈石的分離。紅外光譜圖:腐殖酸鈉沒有在白鎢礦表面發(fā)生化學(xué)吸附;螢石的紅外光譜圖與螢石+腐殖酸鈉的相比較,后者表面新出現(xiàn)了酚羥基伸縮振動(dòng)峰2923.21cm-1,2853.08cm-1;方解石的紅外光譜圖與方解石+腐殖酸鈉的相比較,后者新出現(xiàn)了羧基伸縮振動(dòng)峰1531.91cm-1(C=O),1353.84cm-1(C-O)。動(dòng)電位研究表明:腐殖酸鈉存在時(shí),白鎢礦表面電位的變化不大;而螢石和方解石的表面電位負(fù)移很大。接觸角測(cè)定表明:當(dāng)腐殖酸鈉存在時(shí),能明顯提高三種礦物表面接觸角大小的差異。在處理云南某白鎢選礦廠粗精礦時(shí),先用活性炭進(jìn)行脫藥處理,然后分別采用腐殖酸鈉和水玻璃作為抑制劑進(jìn)行粗精礦精選,經(jīng)過一粗三精兩掃的閉路流程,當(dāng)抑制劑為水玻璃時(shí),可獲得精礦含WO3 32.23%、WO3回收率71.67%;當(dāng)抑制劑為腐殖酸鈉時(shí),可獲得的精礦WO3品位達(dá)35.45%,回收率達(dá)74.06%。
[Abstract]:The floatability of scheelite is similar to that of calcium-bearing gangue, which interferes with each other and is difficult to separate.Many researches have been done, mainly focused on the search for efficient collectors and effective inhibitors containing calcium gangue, and many achievements have been made.In this paper, macromolecular depressants were studied to examine their flotation behavior for calcium-bearing minerals.The effect of macromolecular depressants on flotation behavior of calcium bearing minerals was studied by single mineral flotation test, and the inhibition mechanism of humic acid sodium was discussed by means of infrared spectroscopy, dynamic potential and contact angle measurement.The main contents are as follows: through the flotation test of single mineral, five kinds of macromolecular organic depressants, sodium humate, polyacrylamide, sodium polyacrylate, carboxymethyl cellulose and tannin, as well as sodium silicate were studied.Effect of sodium hexametaphosphate on flotation behavior of calcium-bearing minerals.The order of the seven depressants for flotation separation of scheelite and calcium-containing gangue is: sodium humic acid sodium carboxymethyl cellulose sodium tetramethylidene phosphate sodium tannin sodium sodium polyacrylate polyacrylamide.The effect of sodium humate on flotation of three minerals at different pulp temperatures was studied.
