基于全壽命周期的滾筒采煤機(jī)可靠性工程平臺建設(shè)

【摘要】:滾筒采煤機(jī)是綜采工作面原煤生產(chǎn)和實現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)高效礦井的核心設(shè)備,它的可靠性直接影響著礦井的自動化與智能化水平。由于滾筒采煤機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)相當(dāng)復(fù)雜,工作條件極其惡劣,其可靠性水平又被認(rèn)為是評價其優(yōu)劣的核心指標(biāo)。為了規(guī)范滾筒采煤機(jī)可靠性數(shù)據(jù)的搜集、統(tǒng)計、分析,實現(xiàn)其可靠性指標(biāo)的計算,構(gòu)建一個完整的滾筒采煤機(jī)可靠性工程平臺,用于采煤機(jī)的可靠性信息的管理,提高了采煤機(jī)的可靠性水平。 論文建立了采煤機(jī)可靠性工程體系結(jié)構(gòu),分析采煤機(jī)可靠性指標(biāo),之后對采煤機(jī)的關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行FTA分析、FMECA分析,對不同的故障類型,提出了采煤機(jī)的可靠性保障措施。論文應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品的全壽命周期理論與可靠性工程技術(shù),對采煤機(jī)在設(shè)計、制造、貯存、安裝調(diào)試、使用維護(hù)以及報廢的全壽命周期中可靠性信息進(jìn)行分析研究。對其全壽命周期中的各個階段,進(jìn)行分階段、分層次的可靠性管理研究。根據(jù)對國內(nèi)采煤機(jī)生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)的需求分析,在ASP.NET的構(gòu)架下,以C#為匯編語言,Microsoft SQLServer2008為數(shù)據(jù)庫,,構(gòu)建了一個滾筒采煤機(jī)可靠性工程平臺。該平臺的作用是為滾筒采煤機(jī)的生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)與使用單位進(jìn)行有效的可靠性資料共享,可以實現(xiàn)可靠性數(shù)據(jù)的實時查詢、添加、刪除以及報表打印等功能,對全壽命周期下的滾筒采煤機(jī)可靠性信息進(jìn)行有效的管理。 本課題的最終目的是建立一個完整的滾筒采煤機(jī)可靠性工程平臺,為煤炭生產(chǎn)企業(yè)與煤機(jī)制造企業(yè)搭建一個共享的可靠性信息服務(wù)平臺,增強采煤機(jī)制造企業(yè)和使用企業(yè)對采煤機(jī)可靠性信息的管理,切實提高國產(chǎn)采煤機(jī)的可靠性水平。
[Abstract]:Drum shearer is the core equipment for the production of raw coal and the realization of high yield and high efficiency in fully mechanized coal mining face. Its reliability directly affects the level of automation and intelligence of the mine.Because the structure system of drum shearer is quite complex and the working conditions are very bad, its reliability level is considered as the core index to evaluate its merits and demerits.In order to standardize the collection, statistics, analysis and calculation of reliability index of drum shearer, a complete reliability engineering platform of drum shearer is constructed, which can be used to manage the reliability information of shearer.The reliability level of shearer is improved.In this paper, the reliability engineering system structure of shearer is established, and the reliability index of shearer is analyzed. After that, the key components of shearer are analyzed by FTA and the reliability guarantee measures of shearer are put forward for different fault types.In this paper, the reliability information of shearer in design, manufacture, storage, installation and commissioning, use and maintenance as well as end-of-life life cycle is analyzed and studied by using the theory of product life cycle and reliability engineering technology.The reliability management of the whole life cycle is studied by stages and levels.According to the demand analysis of domestic shearer manufacturing enterprises, a reliability engineering platform of drum shearer is constructed with C # as assembly language and Microsoft SQLServer2008 as database under the framework of ASP.NET.The function of the platform is to share the reliability data between the production and manufacturing enterprises of the drum shearer and the users, and to realize the functions of real-time query, adding, deleting and printing of the reliability data, etc.The reliability information of drum shearer under the whole life cycle is managed effectively.The ultimate purpose of this project is to establish a complete reliability engineering platform for drum shearer, and to build a shared reliability information service platform for coal production enterprises and coal machine manufacturing enterprises.To strengthen the management of shearer reliability information in shearer manufacturing enterprises and use enterprises, and to improve the reliability level of domestic shearer.
