辛安煤礦厚煤層綜放開(kāi)采覆巖活動(dòng)規(guī)律及圍巖控制研究

【摘要】:厚煤層煤炭資源在我國(guó)已經(jīng)探明的煤炭?jī)?chǔ)量中占有的比例達(dá)到了33%以上。大采高開(kāi)采技術(shù)漸漸地成為厚煤層開(kāi)采的主要開(kāi)采工藝之一。本文以辛安煤礦1402大采高綜采面為背景,通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬、理論分析、相似材料試驗(yàn)及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工業(yè)試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合,研究了厚煤層綜放開(kāi)采工作面覆巖活動(dòng)規(guī)律及控制。掌握了工作面礦壓顯現(xiàn)特征及支承壓力分布情況,得出厚煤層采場(chǎng)頂板來(lái)壓機(jī)理。首先從理論基礎(chǔ)出發(fā),分析了綜放采場(chǎng)支撐壓力及覆巖活動(dòng)規(guī)律理論;結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室開(kāi)展相似材料模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),得到工作面回采時(shí),頂、底板運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律及變形破壞規(guī)律,為進(jìn)礦壓管理及支護(hù)等提出預(yù)測(cè)防治措施和基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)資料。結(jié)合FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬和實(shí)驗(yàn)室相似模擬試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)大采高煤層采場(chǎng)圍巖應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律和上覆巖層運(yùn)移規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究,得出采場(chǎng)頂板來(lái)壓步距和強(qiáng)度、采場(chǎng)超前支護(hù)范圍等重要參數(shù),并與相似材料實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比;結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采場(chǎng)控制中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出厚煤層綜放采場(chǎng)支護(hù)方案,經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn),改善了回采工作而頂?shù)装蹇刂茽顟B(tài),提高了頂煤放出率,確保了礦井安全生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:The proportion of thick coal resources in the proven coal reserves in China has reached more than 33%.High mining technology has gradually become one of the main mining techniques in thick coal seam mining.Based on the fully mechanized mining face of 1402 mining height in Xin-an coal mine, through numerical simulation, theoretical analysis, similar material test and field industrial test, this paper studies the law and control of overburden rock movement in thick coal seam fully mechanized caving mining face.The characteristics of face pressure and the distribution of supporting pressure are grasped, and the mechanism of roof pressure in thick coal seam is obtained.Firstly, based on the theoretical basis, the supporting pressure and overlying rock activity law theory of fully mechanized caving face are analyzed, and the similar material simulation experiment is carried out in the laboratory in combination with the field practice, and the roof of the working face is obtained when the mining face is coming out.The law of motion and deformation and failure of bottom plate are used to predict and prevent the ground pressure management and support, and the basic data and data are put forward.Combined with FLAC3D numerical simulation and similar laboratory simulation test, the stress distribution law of surrounding rock and the overlying strata migration law of stope in large mining height coal seam are studied, and the pressure step distance and strength of roof in stope are obtained.Comparing with the similar material experiment, combining the problems in the field control, the paper puts forward the support scheme of the fully mechanized caving stope in thick coal seam, which has been tested on the spot.The control state of roof and bottom plate is improved, the rate of top coal drawing is increased, and the safety of mine production is ensured.
