煤炭等大宗散貨堆體體積測(cè)量方法研究

【摘要】:大型儲(chǔ)煤基地的加速建設(shè),需要堆儲(chǔ)現(xiàn)代化管理技術(shù)作保障,而煤炭等大宗散貨堆體的體積測(cè)量工作又是堆儲(chǔ)現(xiàn)代化管理中的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),快速、準(zhǔn)確、簡(jiǎn)便地測(cè)量出儲(chǔ)煤基地煤堆的體積和質(zhì)量對(duì)儲(chǔ)煤基地進(jìn)行科學(xué)管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)估和存儲(chǔ)量評(píng)估具有重要意義。因此,探索新型、有效、智能的體積測(cè)量系統(tǒng)是燃料科學(xué)管理領(lǐng)域中非常重要的課題,這也是作為一個(gè)現(xiàn)代化的燃料管理不可缺少的。本課題來(lái)源于北京神華恒運(yùn)能源科技有限公司實(shí)施的科研項(xiàng)目"煤炭等大宗散貨盤(pán)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)研究"。結(jié)合神華集團(tuán)的切實(shí)需要,本項(xiàng)目研發(fā)了一套煤炭等大宗散貨堆體體積測(cè)量系統(tǒng),能實(shí)現(xiàn)單人手提該系統(tǒng)圍繞煤堆步行一圈即可完成體積測(cè)量作業(yè),可對(duì)港口等儲(chǔ)煤基地的煤堆體積進(jìn)行高精度、高效率的測(cè)量。該測(cè)量系統(tǒng)采用激光掃描儀采集煤堆的表面掃描點(diǎn)信息,采用高精度的差分GPS精確獲取測(cè)量點(diǎn)的位置,采用高精度傾角儀測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的俯仰角與橫滾角信息。系統(tǒng)結(jié)合實(shí)際測(cè)量原理對(duì)GPS數(shù)據(jù)、激光掃描儀數(shù)據(jù)及傾角儀數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理,提高基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的精度;利用GPS定位數(shù)據(jù)、傾角儀數(shù)據(jù)及系統(tǒng)中儀器安裝位置數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行激光掃描儀的位置解算;利用激光掃描點(diǎn)的距離及角度數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行掃描點(diǎn)的局部坐標(biāo)解算;利用傾角儀數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建旋轉(zhuǎn)矩陣將激光掃描點(diǎn)的局部坐標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換為全局坐標(biāo),獲得被測(cè)煤堆的三維模型并顯示;利用Delaunay三角剖分算法將煤堆點(diǎn)云剖分為若干個(gè)三棱柱,計(jì)算每個(gè)三棱柱體的體積并累積加和得到整個(gè)煤堆的體積。該測(cè)量系統(tǒng)已在校內(nèi)進(jìn)行了模擬煤堆測(cè)量,并在河北黃驊港、秦皇島港與天津港儲(chǔ)煤基地進(jìn)行了實(shí)際測(cè)量,測(cè)量結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)可快速、準(zhǔn)確、高效的進(jìn)行大宗散貨堆體的體積測(cè)量,具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In order to accelerate the construction of large coal storage base, the modern management technology of heap storage is needed, and the volume measurement of bulk bulk goods such as coal is an important link in the modernization management of coal storage, which is fast and accurate.It is very important to measure the volume and quality of the coal storage base to manage the coal storage base scientifically. The evaluation of economic benefit and storage capacity is of great significance.Therefore, exploring a new, effective and intelligent volume measurement system is a very important subject in the field of fuel science management, which is indispensable as a modern fuel management.This subject comes from Beijing Shenhuayun Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a scientific research project, "Coal bulk bulk inventory system Research".According to the practical needs of Shenhua Group, this project has developed a bulk bulk bulk volume measurement system such as coal, which can be carried out by a single person and walk around the coal pile in a circle to complete the volume measurement operation.High-precision and high-efficiency measurement can be carried out on the volume of coal stacks in ports and other coal storage bases.In this system, laser scanner is used to collect the surface scanning point information of coal pile, high precision differential GPS is used to accurately obtain the position of the measuring point, and the pitch angle and roll angle information of the system are measured by high precision dipmeter.In order to improve the accuracy of the basic data, the system preprocesses the GPS data, the laser scanner data and the obliquity data based on the actual measurement principle, and uses the GPS to locate the data.The position of the laser scanner is calculated by the data of the obliquity meter and the installation position of the instrument in the system, the local coordinate of the scanning point is calculated by the distance and angle data of the laser scanning point.The local coordinates of laser scanning points are transformed into global coordinates by using the data of the dipmeter, the 3D model of the coal pile is obtained and displayed, and the cloud is divided into three prism columns by using Delaunay triangulation algorithm.Calculate the volume of each triangulated column and add the sum to get the volume of the whole coal heap.The system has carried out the simulated coal pile survey in the school, and the actual survey has been carried out at Huanghua Port, Qinhuangdao Port and Tianjin Port Coal Storage Base in Hebei Province. The measurement results show that the system is fast and accurate.Efficient bulk bulk bulk volume measurement, has a wide range of applications.
