【摘要】：煤礦班組是煤礦企業(yè)的基石,煤炭生產的不可替代的要素,是一切安全生產經營管理活動的最終落腳點,而“三違”事故頻繁發(fā)生和班組管理方法缺陷制約了煤礦基層管理發(fā)展,威脅到工人的人身安全,不利于煤礦企業(yè)安全生產。因此,研究煤礦班組安全管理,構建高效的煤礦班組安全管理方法體系,減少“三違”事故的發(fā)生,對于實現煤礦企業(yè)安全生產具有重要意義。本文是以H煤礦班組為研究對象,運用群體動力學理論的思想并且從群體動力的角度出發(fā),對煤礦班組安全管理現狀進行調查研究,構建高效的班組安全管理方法體系。首先,通過文獻綜述和理論分析,本文在分析群體動力學與班組管理之間關系的同時總結出影響群體動力的六個要素,即:群體凝聚力、群體壓力、群體規(guī)范、群體結構和規(guī)模、群體領導、群體溝通;其次,通過訪談法和問卷調查法對煤礦班組管理現狀進行調查研究,并利用SPSS軟件對問卷調查數據進行處理,分析得出在班組的結構、班組長選拔、班組凝聚力、班組溝通、安全生產意識等方面存在問題;然后,為了有效地解決這些問題,本文從群體動力學視角出發(fā)進行班組安全管理方法體系的構建,該體系主要包括六個模塊,分別是班組群體結構、班組長任用選拔機制、班組內部溝通機制、班組激勵機制、班組凝聚力培訓機制、PDCA事故預案循環(huán)機制,并且這六個模塊相互作用,相互關聯,形成一個嚴密的群體動力式班組安全管理方法體系;最后,本文設計出班組安全管理方法體系具體實施應用步驟和應用保障措施,同時將所設計的班組安全管理方法體系應用到H煤礦部分班組,根據后期調查分析,這些班組的凝聚力和安全生產意識明顯提高,“三違”行為減少,“三違”事故得到有效控制,證明本文的研究對實現煤礦企業(yè)的安全生產和安全管理起到一定作用,可以有效地提高煤礦班組安全管理水平。
[Abstract]:Coal mine teams are the cornerstone of coal mining enterprises, the irreplaceable elements of coal production, and the final foothold of all safe production management activities.The frequent occurrence of "three violations" accidents and the defects of team management methods restrict the development of coal mine grass-roots management, threaten the personal safety of workers, and are not conducive to the safety of production in coal mining enterprises.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the safety management of coal mine teams and groups, to construct an efficient safety management system of coal mine teams and groups, and to reduce the occurrence of "three violations" accidents.Based on the theory of group dynamics and from the point of view of group dynamics, the present situation of safety management of coal mine teams and groups is investigated and studied in this paper, and an efficient system of safety management methods for teams and groups is constructed.First of all, through literature review and theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the relationship between group dynamics and team management, and summarizes six factors that affect group dynamics, that is, group cohesion, group pressure, group norms.Group structure and scale, group leadership, group communication; secondly, through interviews and questionnaires to investigate the current situation of coal mine team management, and the use of SPSS software to deal with the survey data, analysis of the structure in the team,There are some problems in group leader selection, group cohesion, team communication, safety production consciousness, etc. Then, in order to solve these problems effectively, this paper constructs the team safety management system from the perspective of group dynamics.The system consists of six modules, which are group structure, selection mechanism, communication mechanism, incentive mechanism, cohesion training mechanism and PDCA accident plan cycle mechanism.And the six modules interact with each other to form a strict group dynamic team safety management method system. Finally, this paper designs a team safety management method system to implement the application steps and application security measures.At the same time, the designed safety management system is applied to some groups in H coal mine. According to the later investigation and analysis, the cohesion and safety consciousness of these teams are obviously improved, and the behavior of "three violations" is reduced.The "three violations" accidents are effectively controlled, which proves that the research in this paper plays a certain role in the realization of safety production and safety management in coal mining enterprises, and can effectively improve the safety management level of coal mine teams and groups.
