超前液壓支架與圍巖耦合支護(hù)系統(tǒng)及其適應(yīng)性研究

【摘要】:為解決工作面采動(dòng)應(yīng)力影響范圍內(nèi)動(dòng)壓巷道的支護(hù)難題,采用數(shù)值模擬和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)相結(jié)合的研究手段,分析采動(dòng)應(yīng)力影響范圍和分布規(guī)律,得出了東灘煤礦深部綜放工作面沿空巷道超前支承壓力影響范圍寬為45~68 m;榆神礦區(qū)堅(jiān)硬完整圍巖大斷面巷道超前影響距離為20~30 m,相對(duì)劇烈影響段在20 m內(nèi)。提出“低初撐、高工阻”非等強(qiáng)耦合支護(hù)理念和超前支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)原理,并采取凹凸型頂梁結(jié)構(gòu)、增大移架步距、帶壓擦頂移架、交替邁步自移、增設(shè)調(diào)架機(jī)構(gòu)等措施,使超前加強(qiáng)支護(hù)系統(tǒng)與錨網(wǎng)索支護(hù)系統(tǒng)相匹配,實(shí)現(xiàn)超前支護(hù)系統(tǒng)與圍巖強(qiáng)度耦合、結(jié)構(gòu)耦合以及穩(wěn)定性耦合,增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)適應(yīng)性,達(dá)到協(xié)同支護(hù)的目的。同時(shí),研制出適應(yīng)不同開采技術(shù)條件、不同開采方式的一系列超前液壓支架,并在多個(gè)礦區(qū)推廣應(yīng)用,取得了良好使用效果。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of supporting the roadway under the influence of mining stress, this paper analyzes the influence range and distribution of mining stress by means of numerical simulation and field monitoring.It is concluded that the influence range of leading supporting pressure of roadway along goaf in Dongtan fully mechanized caving face is 4568 m, and the advance influence distance of large section roadway of hard and complete surrounding rock in Yushen mining area is 20 ~ 30 m, and the relatively violent influence section is within 20 m.This paper puts forward the concept of "low initial brace, high resistance" and the design principle of advanced support, and adopts some measures, such as concave and convex roof beam structure, increasing the step distance of moving frame, wiping the top moving frame with pressure, alternately stepping self-moving, adding adjusting frame mechanism and so on.The advanced support system is matched with the bolt-mesh support system, and the coupling of strength, structure and stability between the advance support system and surrounding rock is realized. The adaptability of the system is enhanced, and the purpose of cooperative support is achieved.At the same time, a series of advanced hydraulic supports adapted to different mining technical conditions and different mining methods have been developed and popularized and applied in many mining areas, and good results have been obtained.
