巷道施工有軌運(yùn)輸車(chē)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:論文分析煤礦巷道有軌運(yùn)輸車(chē)現(xiàn)狀,以ATmega128P為控制核心,研究煤礦巷道有軌運(yùn)輸車(chē)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)組成:運(yùn)輸車(chē)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)及硬件搭建、運(yùn)輸車(chē)的硬件驅(qū)動(dòng)電路、運(yùn)輸車(chē)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)、運(yùn)輸車(chē)信號(hào)通訊。詳細(xì)研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:首先,對(duì)巷道運(yùn)輸車(chē)的整車(chē)結(jié)構(gòu)布置進(jìn)行了介紹。以巷道運(yùn)輸車(chē)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,闡述了巷道運(yùn)輸車(chē)各個(gè)部分的構(gòu)成及其功能,以及它們之間的關(guān)系,并設(shè)計(jì)執(zhí)行方案。其次,對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行硬件設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)運(yùn)輸車(chē)的各個(gè)硬件進(jìn)行選型。設(shè)計(jì)以ATmega128P芯片為核心的硬件驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,電路包括:電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)電路、電機(jī)制動(dòng)電路、電機(jī)換向電路、傳感器信號(hào)采集電路、位置校正電路。并對(duì)電路設(shè)計(jì)所需元器件進(jìn)行計(jì)算和選型,并研制了硬件電路板。然后,利用模塊化技術(shù)完成巷道施工運(yùn)輸車(chē)控制系統(tǒng)軟件,主要包括主程序初始化模塊,電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)與制動(dòng)模塊、電機(jī)速度檢測(cè)模塊、運(yùn)輸車(chē)位置校正模塊、狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)模塊、以及保護(hù)程序模塊,使其和硬件系統(tǒng)搭配,實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)輸車(chē)的自主運(yùn)行。最后,進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,通過(guò)各個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比支撐,與現(xiàn)實(shí)需求作比較,分析得出結(jié)論。結(jié)論表明:所設(shè)計(jì)巷道施工有軌運(yùn)輸車(chē)控制系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)其設(shè)計(jì)功能,為巷道施工有軌運(yùn)輸車(chē)在煤礦巷道的應(yīng)用奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation of roadway rail transport vehicle in coal mine, and takes ATmega128P as the control core to study the design of the control system of coal mine roadway rail transport vehicle. The system composition is as follows: the whole structure and hardware construction of the transport vehicle, the hardware driving circuit of the transport vehicle.Transport vehicle running state monitoring, transport vehicle signal communication.The detailed research contents are as follows: firstly, the structure layout of roadway transport vehicle is introduced.Taking the overall structure of the roadway transport vehicle as the research object, this paper expounds the composition and function of each part of the roadway transport vehicle, as well as the relationship between them, and designs the implementation scheme.Secondly, the hardware design of the control system and the selection of each hardware of the transport vehicle are carried out.The hardware driving circuit based on ATmega128P chip is designed, which includes motor drive circuit, motor brake circuit, motor commutation circuit, sensor signal acquisition circuit and position correction circuit.The components needed for circuit design are calculated and selected, and the hardware circuit board is developed.Then, the software of roadway construction vehicle control system is completed by modularization technology, including main program initialization module, motor driving and braking module, motor speed detection module, vehicle position correction module, status monitoring module.And protection program module, make it and hardware system collocation, realize the independent operation of the transport vehicle.Finally, the experimental verification is carried out, and the conclusion is obtained by comparing the experimental data with the actual demand.The conclusion shows that the control system of the designed roadway construction rail transport car can realize its design function, which lays a solid foundation for the application of the roadway construction rail transport car in the coal mine roadway.
