【摘要】：動(dòng)力煤是我國煤炭資源中的核心戰(zhàn)略資源,占煤炭的主體。2016年隨著國家出臺(tái)了一系列的動(dòng)力煤產(chǎn)業(yè)政策,動(dòng)力煤的價(jià)格也受到顯著影響。在動(dòng)力煤供給側(cè)改革的大背景下,動(dòng)力煤價(jià)格一路上漲,并且一改往年來動(dòng)力煤價(jià)格低迷的狀態(tài),在2016年迎來了近幾年比較罕見的大幅度上漲。動(dòng)力煤現(xiàn)貨價(jià)格的基本面研究也受到了越來越多的關(guān)注。文章對(duì)動(dòng)力煤的基本面概況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地研究。文章分析了動(dòng)力煤資源的分布、動(dòng)力煤的供給、動(dòng)力煤的需求、動(dòng)力煤的供需平衡;又進(jìn)一步研究了動(dòng)力煤的庫存,對(duì)動(dòng)力煤的全社會(huì)庫存進(jìn)行拆解,分別研究了動(dòng)力煤的生產(chǎn)地的坑口庫存、動(dòng)力煤的中轉(zhuǎn)地的港口庫存以及動(dòng)力煤的消費(fèi)地的全國重點(diǎn)電廠庫存;又接著對(duì)動(dòng)力煤的成本及盈虧預(yù)算進(jìn)行了分析。在對(duì)動(dòng)力煤現(xiàn)貨基本面研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,文章構(gòu)建了動(dòng)力煤價(jià)格影響因素五位一體的分析框架,并對(duì)動(dòng)力煤價(jià)格影響因素做了實(shí)證分析。文章選取動(dòng)力煤價(jià)格指數(shù)為被解釋變量,動(dòng)力煤的供給、動(dòng)力煤的需求、動(dòng)力煤的供需缺口、動(dòng)力煤的全社會(huì)庫存為解釋變量,建立了計(jì)量模型,對(duì)動(dòng)力煤價(jià)格的影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。首先對(duì)這五組變量進(jìn)行單位根檢驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)這五組變量為非平穩(wěn)變量。如果直接對(duì)這五組變量進(jìn)行回歸分析,會(huì)存在“偽回歸”現(xiàn)象。因此,要對(duì)這五組變量進(jìn)行差分將其變平穩(wěn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了協(xié)整檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)動(dòng)力煤的庫存和動(dòng)力煤的供需缺口之間存在長期均衡的協(xié)整關(guān)系。又通過格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),動(dòng)力煤的供給、動(dòng)力煤的供需缺口和動(dòng)力煤的庫存是動(dòng)力煤價(jià)格指數(shù)的格蘭杰原因。而且動(dòng)力煤的庫存和動(dòng)力煤的價(jià)格指數(shù)二者之間互為雙向因果關(guān)系。為脈沖響應(yīng)分析做鋪墊,文章建立了VAR模型。通過脈沖響應(yīng)函數(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn),動(dòng)力煤的庫存、動(dòng)力煤的供需缺口對(duì)動(dòng)力煤的價(jià)格指數(shù)的沖擊所產(chǎn)生的反應(yīng)相對(duì)較大,變量的脈沖傳遞體現(xiàn)顯著,且影響較為持續(xù)。最后,文章得出了動(dòng)力煤價(jià)格影響因素的實(shí)證結(jié)論,并且提出建議。
[Abstract]:Thermal coal is the core strategic resource of coal resources in China, which accounts for the main part of coal. With the introduction of a series of industrial policies of thermal coal in 2016, the price of thermal coal has also been significantly affected.Under the background of the reform on the supply side of thermal coal, the price of thermal coal has been rising all the time, and the price of thermal coal has been rising by a rare margin in recent years in 2016.The fundamental research of spot price of thermal coal has also been paid more and more attention.The basic situation of thermal coal is studied in detail in this paper.This paper analyzes the distribution of thermal coal resources, the supply of thermal coal, the demand of thermal coal, the balance of supply and demand of thermal coal, and further studies the inventory of thermal coal and disassembles the whole society inventory of thermal coal.In this paper, the pothole inventory of thermal coal production site, the port stock of thermal coal transfer site and the national key power plant inventory in thermal coal consumption area are studied respectively, and then the cost and profit and loss budget of thermal coal are analyzed.On the basis of the fundamental research on the spot of thermal coal, this paper constructs a five-in-one analysis frame of influencing factors of thermal coal price, and makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of thermal coal price.This paper selects the price index of thermal coal as the explanatory variable, the supply of thermal coal, the demand of thermal coal, the gap between supply and demand of thermal coal, the whole social inventory of thermal coal as the explanatory variables, and establishes the metering model.The influence factors of thermal coal price are analyzed empirically.First, the unit root test of the five groups of variables is carried out, and it is found that the five groups of variables are non-stationary variables.If the regression analysis of these five variables is carried out directly, there will be pseudo regression phenomenon.Therefore, the five sets of variables must be differential to make it stable.On this basis, cointegration tests are carried out, and the results show that there is a long-term equilibrium cointegration relationship between thermal coal inventory and the gap between supply and demand of thermal coal.Through Granger causality test, it is found that the supply of thermal coal, the gap between supply and demand of thermal coal and the inventory of thermal coal are the Granger reasons of the price index of thermal coal.Moreover, the stock of thermal coal and the price index of thermal coal are two-way causality.VAR model is established for impulse response analysis.Through impulse response function, it is found that the gap between supply and demand of thermal coal is relatively large in response to the impact of price index of thermal coal, and the pulse transfer of variables is significant and the influence is more continuous.Finally, the paper draws the empirical conclusion of the influencing factors of thermal coal price, and puts forward some suggestions.
