【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)電力建設(shè)事業(yè)的發(fā)展,配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)成為行業(yè)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。電力市場(chǎng)改革的深入對(duì)配電網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)安全運(yùn)行和供電質(zhì)量的要求不斷提高,數(shù)字化、信息化成為配電變電站的發(fā)展方向。微機(jī)保護(hù)及自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)是數(shù)字化變電站重要組成部分,它決定了數(shù)字化變電站的整體運(yùn)行水平的優(yōu)劣。35kV煤礦變電站是煤礦供電的主力,在煤礦電網(wǎng)中占據(jù)重要地位,并且煤礦是一級(jí)負(fù)荷,其供電的可靠性對(duì)安全生產(chǎn)至關(guān)重要。隨著粵北地區(qū)數(shù)量眾多的煤礦舊站升級(jí)改造,以及數(shù)字化水平更高的新站投入運(yùn)行,微機(jī)保護(hù)及自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)在35kV煤礦變電站中被廣泛應(yīng)用。因此,加強(qiáng)微機(jī)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)及自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)在煤礦變電站中的應(yīng)用研究,在保障配電網(wǎng)的安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行和提高礦區(qū)電網(wǎng)的數(shù)字化水平等方面有重要的實(shí)踐意義。本文結(jié)合粵北某煤礦變電站新建35kV變電站工程,對(duì)其微機(jī)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)和綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究。論文介紹了變電站設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容,通過(guò)多種設(shè)計(jì)方案的對(duì)比、討論、分析,最終得出符合工程實(shí)際的最佳設(shè)計(jì)方案,并以負(fù)荷計(jì)算和短路計(jì)算為基礎(chǔ),完成變電站一次系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。本文介紹了微機(jī)保護(hù)的基本概念,闡述了微機(jī)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)的基本構(gòu)成,對(duì)微機(jī)保護(hù)的軟硬件和算法進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合礦區(qū)實(shí)際情況,基于可靠性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性的總體要求,研究不同的保護(hù)配置方案。論文文研究了數(shù)字化變電站自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)站控層、間隔層、過(guò)程層的結(jié)構(gòu)和特征,通過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化數(shù)字變電站方案解決了控制電纜電磁兼容、氣候干擾等問(wèn)題。另外本文對(duì)過(guò)程層合并單元進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)合并單元提供常規(guī)互感器接口,提高了數(shù)字化變電站的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。本文通過(guò)工程實(shí)例,為中低壓配電變電站的數(shù)字化和自動(dòng)化建設(shè)和改造提供參考思路,對(duì)相關(guān)的理論和先進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,為配電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展做出探索和研究。
[Abstract]:With the development of electric power construction in China, distribution network construction has become the focus of attention.With the deepening of the reform of the power market, the demands of economic and safe operation of distribution network and the quality of power supply have been continuously raised. Digitization and informatization have become the development direction of distribution substations.Microcomputer protection and automation system is an important part of digital substation. It determines the whole operation level of digital substation. 35kV coal mine substation is the main force of coal mine power supply, and occupies an important position in the coal mine power network.And coal mine is a first-class load, the reliability of its power supply is very important to safe production.With the upgrading of a large number of old coal mine stations in northern Guangdong and the operation of new stations with a higher digitization level, microcomputer protection and automation systems are widely used in 35kV coal mine substations.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the application research of microcomputer protection system and automation system in coal mine substation in order to ensure the safe and economical operation of distribution network and to improve the digitization level of mining power network.In this paper, the microcomputer protection system and the integrated automation system are studied based on the new 35kV substation project of a coal mine substation in northern Guangdong province.This paper introduces the main contents of substation design. Through the comparison, discussion and analysis of various design schemes, the optimal design scheme which accords with engineering practice is finally obtained, and based on load calculation and short circuit calculation.Complete substation primary system design.This paper introduces the basic concept of microcomputer protection, expounds the basic structure of microcomputer protection system, studies the software, hardware and algorithm of microcomputer protection, and combines with the actual situation of mining area, based on the overall requirements of reliability and economy.Different protection configuration schemes are studied.In this paper, the structure and characteristics of station control layer, interval layer and process layer in digital substation automation system are studied. The problems of EMC and climate interference of control cable are solved by standardized digital substation scheme.In addition, the process layer merging unit is studied in this paper. The conventional transformer interface is provided by the merging unit, and the economy of digital substation is improved.Through engineering examples, this paper provides a reference for the digitalization and automation construction and transformation of medium and low voltage distribution substations, studies related theories and advanced technologies, and makes exploration and research for the development of distribution networks.
