利用商洛鉬尾礦制備混凝土

【摘要】:以鉬尾礦、礦渣、熟料和石膏為原料制備膠凝材料,研究了鉬尾礦在膠凝材料中的摻量、減水劑摻量、養(yǎng)護工藝對膠砂試塊性能的影響,并通過XRD和SEM-EDS對水化產(chǎn)物進行了深入研究。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)鉬尾礦在膠凝材料中摻量為20%、減水劑摻量為0.4%、采用60℃濕熱養(yǎng)護所制備的鉬尾礦膠砂試塊力學(xué)性能最好,28 d抗壓強度可以達到73.2 MPa。利用鉬尾礦制備的膠凝材料的水化產(chǎn)物以鈣礬石和C-S-H凝膠為主,二者的相互交織促進了膠砂試塊強度的增長。
[Abstract]:The cementitious material was prepared from molybdenum tailings, slag, clinker and gypsum.
