固氮藍藻與有孢圓酵母協(xié)同作用對非水溶性含鉀礦物的提鉀研究

【摘要】:研究固氮藍藻與有孢圓酵母協(xié)同作用,提取非水溶性含鉀礦物中鉀離子的效率。以培養(yǎng)基中的水溶性鉀離子濃度為指標,考察了時間和固氮藍藻對有孢圓酵母提鉀效率的影響,同時對浸礦前后的非水溶性含鉀礦物進行了粒徑、掃描電鏡、能譜和X射線衍射分析。在最佳的條件下,即有孢圓酵母在15d、固氮藍藻存在的條件下可從非水溶性含鉀礦物中提取出1.15 mmol/m L的鉀離子,提鉀效率達到了37.4%。能譜分析顯示非水溶性含鉀礦物在浸礦前后鉀離子的含量有明顯變化,粒徑、掃描電鏡和X射線衍射分析的結果顯示有孢圓酵母的溶蝕作用使含鉀礦物的晶體結構受到了嚴重的破壞。因此利用固氮藍藻與有孢圓酵母協(xié)同作用分解非水溶性含鉀礦物的特性提取鉀離子是一種能耗低、環(huán)境友好,具有光明應用前景的方法。
[Abstract]:The synergistic effect of nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria and spore yeast on the extraction efficiency of potassium ions from insoluble potassium bearing minerals was studied.The effects of time and nitrogen fixing cyanobacteria on the extraction efficiency of potassium from circular yeast were investigated with the concentration of water-soluble potassium ions in the medium as the index. The particle size and scanning electron microscope of the insoluble potassium bearing minerals before and after leaching were also studied.Energy spectrum and X-ray diffraction analysis.Under the optimum conditions, the potassium ions of 1.15 mmol/m / L could be extracted from insoluble potassium bearing minerals under the conditions of 15 days in the presence of nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria, and the extraction efficiency of potassium reached 37.4%.Energy spectrum analysis showed that the content of potassium ions in insoluble potassium minerals changed obviously before and after leaching.The results of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the crystal structure of the potassium bearing minerals was seriously damaged by the dissolution of rotunda cerevisiae.Therefore, it is a method with low energy consumption, friendly environment and bright application prospect to decompose insoluble potassium minerals by nitrogen fixing cyanobacteria and circular yeast.
