微波對褐煤介電特性及干燥的影響

【摘要】:為研究微波干燥褐煤的可行性,選取云南昭通褐煤進(jìn)行試驗研究,采用微波介電特性變溫測試系統(tǒng)研究褐煤介電特性及微波穿透深度隨表觀密度的變化。結(jié)果表明,褐煤介電特性與表觀密度成正相關(guān),穿透深度與表觀密度成負(fù)相關(guān),同時擬合得到褐煤表觀密度與介電特性、微波穿透深度的關(guān)系式。采用微波干燥系統(tǒng)對不同功率和質(zhì)量下的褐煤升溫特性進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,微波可以在1min內(nèi)將褐煤升溫至100℃,最大干燥速率為0.198(g/g db)·min-1,微波加熱過程中,溫度變化表現(xiàn)出3個階段:快速升溫階段、恒溫階段、減速升溫階段。褐煤升溫至100℃前,物料的質(zhì)量和功率對升溫速率影響不大,100℃之后,褐煤的升溫速率隨著功率的增加而增大,隨物料質(zhì)量增加而減小;通過微波干燥與常規(guī)干燥對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)褐煤完全干燥時,微波干燥用時17min,常規(guī)干燥用時320min,微波干燥明顯優(yōu)于常規(guī)干燥。
[Abstract]:In order to study the feasibility of microwave drying lignite, Yunnan Zhaotong lignite was selected for experimental study. The dielectric properties of lignite and the change of microwave penetration depth with apparent density were studied by microwave dielectric property variable temperature test system.The results show that the permittivity of lignite is positively correlated with the apparent density, and the penetration depth is negatively correlated with the apparent density. At the same time, the relationship between the apparent density and the dielectric property of lignite and the penetration depth of microwave is obtained.The heating characteristics of lignite under different power and quality were studied by microwave drying system.The results show that the lignite can be heated to 100 鈩,
