基于全壽命周期的掘進機可靠性工程平臺建設(shè)

【摘要】:掘進機是煤炭生產(chǎn)的重要設(shè)備,同時也可用于隧道掘進施工,被廣泛應(yīng)用于煤炭生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、鐵路及水利隧道工程。掘進機的可靠性現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成為評價掘進機性能的重要指標(biāo),所以掘進機的可靠性越來越受到相關(guān)企業(yè)的高度重視。掘進機的可靠性不僅與掘進機的設(shè)計研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)制造有關(guān),還和掘進機的安裝調(diào)試、使用維護等有關(guān)。但是,掘進機的生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)和使用企業(yè)對掘進機的可靠性在全壽命管理方面缺乏系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識和應(yīng)用。所以,掘進機的全壽命周期可靠性管理的研究和平臺的開發(fā)設(shè)計具有非常重大的意義。 課題首先對掘進機主要機構(gòu)進行了故障樹分析(FTA)和故障模式影響及危害性分析(FMECA),并將故障信息閉環(huán)管理系統(tǒng)(FRACAS)技術(shù)運用到掘進機全壽命周期的可靠性管理當(dāng)中。通過3F技術(shù)在掘進機可靠性分析中的運用,,專門針對掘進機生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)和使用企業(yè)的管理,結(jié)合全壽命周期的理論,提出了基于全壽命周期的掘進機可靠性管理理論,并將理論運用在掘進機可靠性管理的前期、中期、后期,形成了適用于煤機企業(yè)的全壽命周期可靠性管理體系。最后,分析了掘進機生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)和使用企業(yè)對掘進機可靠性工程平臺的需求,對掘進機可靠性工程平臺的總體目標(biāo)、結(jié)構(gòu)、功能和數(shù)據(jù)庫進行了方案設(shè)計。在掘進機可靠性工程平臺總體方案的基礎(chǔ)上,運用ASP.NET技術(shù),在Visual Studio2008和SQL Sever的軟件平臺上,設(shè)計開發(fā)了掘進機可靠性工程平臺。 掘進機可靠性工程平臺的建設(shè)實現(xiàn)了掘進機生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)和煤炭企業(yè)在掘進機全壽命周期的可靠性管理,大大提高了企業(yè)的可靠性管理的水平和效率,具有一定的實用價值和商業(yè)價值。
[Abstract]:Roadheader is an important equipment in coal production, and can also be used in tunneling construction. It is widely used in coal production enterprises, railway and water conservancy tunnel engineering.The reliability of roadheader has become an important index to evaluate the performance of roadheader, so the reliability of roadheader has been paid more and more attention by related enterprises.The reliability of the roadheader is not only related to the design, production and manufacture of the roadheader, but also related to the installation, commissioning, use and maintenance of the roadheader.However, there is a lack of systematic understanding and application of the reliability of the roadheader in the whole life management of the manufacturing and using enterprises.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the whole life cycle reliability management of roadheader and to develop and design the platform.Firstly, fault tree analysis (FTAA) and fault mode impact and hazard analysis are carried out on the main mechanism of roadheader, and the fault information closed-loop management system (FRACAS) is applied to the reliability management of the whole life cycle of roadheader.Through the application of 3F technology in the reliability analysis of roadheader, aiming at the management of manufacturing and using enterprises of roadheader, combined with the theory of whole life cycle, the paper puts forward the reliability management theory of roadheader based on full life cycle.The theory is applied in the early, middle and late stages of reliability management of roadheader, and a whole life cycle reliability management system suitable for coal machine enterprises is formed.Finally, the requirements of roadheader manufacturing and using enterprises to the reliability engineering platform of roadheader are analyzed, and the overall goal, structure, function and database of the reliability engineering platform of roadheader are designed.Based on the overall scheme of roadheader reliability engineering platform, the reliability engineering platform of roadheader is designed and developed on the basis of Visual Studio2008 and SQL Sever software platform using ASP.NET technology.The construction of reliability engineering platform of roadheader realizes the reliability management of tunneling machine manufacturing enterprises and coal enterprises in the whole life cycle of tunneling machines, and greatly improves the level and efficiency of reliability management of enterprises.Has certain practical value and commercial value.
