堅(jiān)硬頂板下近距離煤層同采錯(cuò)距及巷道布置研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)山西集廣煤礦9和10號(hào)煤層堅(jiān)硬頂板下近距離同采所面臨的工作面錯(cuò)距和下層煤回采巷道布置的技術(shù)問題,本文從現(xiàn)場調(diào)查分析工程情況的基礎(chǔ)上,采用理論分析、計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)值模擬以及現(xiàn)場礦壓實(shí)測的研究方法,對(duì)近距離煤層開采底板應(yīng)力分布和破壞范圍、上覆巖層運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律、傾向應(yīng)力分布進(jìn)行了研究。 首先是分析了9號(hào)煤層開采后對(duì)底板的影響,理論計(jì)算并結(jié)合數(shù)值模擬得出了底板不同深度水平和垂直應(yīng)力的變化趨勢,為工作面合理錯(cuò)距的確定提供了依據(jù)合理。分析了上下煤層同采時(shí)下層煤工作面上覆巖層的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,基于此確定下層工作面的具體合理位置。通過理論計(jì)算出開采對(duì)底板所形成的塑性破壞深度,煤層傾向支撐壓力分布,為下層回采巷道的確定提供了依據(jù)。 其次運(yùn)用F1ac3D數(shù)值模擬軟件建立模型,比較分析在不同的錯(cuò)距下,回采巷道的應(yīng)力和變形情況。最終確定適合該地質(zhì)條件下的巷道布置位置以及工作面的合理錯(cuò)距。 最后對(duì)集廣煤礦9和10號(hào)煤層同采過程中工作面礦壓顯現(xiàn)特征和回采巷道表面和深部位移進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場實(shí)測研究,獲取了豐富的礦壓觀測數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)果表明,同采錯(cuò)距和巷道布置的實(shí)施效果較好,驗(yàn)證了理論分析以及數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果的合理性。通過上述研究,解決了堅(jiān)硬頂板下近距離煤層同采工作面錯(cuò)距及巷道布置的難題,為今后相近地質(zhì)條件下的煤層開采提供了一定理論參考依據(jù)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In view of the technical problems of working face offset and roadway layout under hard roof of coal seam 9 and 10 in Jiguang Coal Mine, Shanxi Province, this paper adopts theoretical analysis on the basis of field investigation and analysis of engineering situation.In this paper, the distribution of stress distribution, failure range, overlying strata movement and tendency stress distribution of the floor of coal seam mining in close distance are studied by computer numerical simulation and field measurement of mine pressure.Firstly, the influence of coal seam No. 9 mining on the floor is analyzed, and the variation trend of horizontal and vertical stress in different depth of floor is obtained by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, which provides a reasonable basis for determining the reasonable offset of working face.This paper analyzes the movement law of the overlying strata of the lower coal face during the same mining of the upper and lower coal seams, and determines the concrete and reasonable position of the lower coal face based on the above analysis.The plastic failure depth formed by mining on the floor and the pressure distribution of inclined support in coal seam are calculated theoretically, which provides the basis for the determination of the lower mining roadway.Secondly, the F1ac3D numerical simulation software is used to establish the model and to compare and analyze the stress and deformation of mining roadway under different offset.Finally, the location of roadway layout and the reasonable offset of working face are determined.In the end, the characteristics of mine pressure in coal seam 9 and 10 in Jiguang Coal Mine and the surface and deep displacement of mining roadway are studied in situ, and abundant observation data of mine pressure are obtained. The results show that,The effect of the same mining fault distance and roadway layout is good, which verifies the rationality of the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results.Through the above research, the problems of misalignment and roadway arrangement in close distance coal seam under hard roof are solved, which provides a certain theoretical reference and practical experience for coal seam mining under similar geological conditions in the future.
