晉寧磷礦6號(hào)坑?xùn)|采區(qū)邊坡穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:露天礦山是圍繞穿爆、采裝、運(yùn)輸、排土、復(fù)土植被等五大工序進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)的大型系統(tǒng)。如今,晉寧磷礦已經(jīng)逐步進(jìn)入深部開采,開采方式由山坡露天開采轉(zhuǎn)為深部凹陷開采,邊坡高度逐年增加,邊坡穩(wěn)定性維護(hù)難度逐漸增大,給邊坡穩(wěn)定性和采礦人員生命財(cái)產(chǎn)造成了嚴(yán)重地威脅。為了增強(qiáng)邊坡穩(wěn)定性和保障采礦人員生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,提出了晉寧磷礦6號(hào)坑?xùn)|采區(qū)邊坡穩(wěn)定性研究。本文在參考大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合晉寧磷礦6號(hào)坑?xùn)|采區(qū)邊坡工程的自身特點(diǎn),基于地質(zhì)調(diào)查、勘探試驗(yàn)、數(shù)值計(jì)算、邊坡監(jiān)測(cè)、邊坡治理等對(duì)邊坡穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,主要研究內(nèi)容有以下幾方面:(1)調(diào)查和收集晉寧磷礦資料,得到了晉寧磷礦6號(hào)坑?xùn)|采區(qū)邊坡工程水文地質(zhì)條件。(2)基于地質(zhì)調(diào)查和勘探試驗(yàn),得出了東采區(qū)邊坡失穩(wěn)相關(guān)地層、節(jié)理裂隙及斷層、滑坡體、典型的三個(gè)剖面。(3)采用數(shù)值計(jì)算對(duì)典型的三個(gè)剖面按照三類工程概況進(jìn)行邊坡穩(wěn)定性分析,得出東采區(qū)邊坡的破壞模式和不同工況下的穩(wěn)定性。(4)綜合比較順層的邊坡治理方案,錨索(桿)的加固方案更適合在東采區(qū)邊坡治理中采用,并完善邊坡防排水方案。(5)對(duì)邊坡的表面位移、深部位移、支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)受力進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),從而能有效預(yù)測(cè)邊坡變形趨勢(shì),指導(dǎo)邊坡正常施工,同時(shí)為邊坡加固提供依據(jù)。本文根據(jù)晉寧磷礦6號(hào)坑?xùn)|采區(qū)邊坡實(shí)際情況,提出相應(yīng)的預(yù)防和治理東采區(qū)邊坡失穩(wěn)的方法與措施,使邊坡失穩(wěn)對(duì)礦山企業(yè)危害降低到最低程度,為類似工程提供可借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Open-pit mine is a large production system which revolves around five major processes, such as blasting, mining, transportation, dumping and vegetation.Today, Jinning Phosphate Mine has gradually entered deep mining, the mining mode has been changed from open-pit mining on hillside to deep sag, slope height is increasing year by year, and the difficulty of slope stability maintenance is gradually increasing.It poses a serious threat to slope stability and the life and property of miners.In order to enhance the slope stability and ensure the safety of life and property of mining personnel, a study on slope stability of No. 6 pit east mining area of Jinning Phosphate Mine was put forward.Based on a large number of references and the characteristics of slope engineering in No. 6 pit east mining area of Jinning Phosphate Mine, this paper makes a systematic study on slope stability based on geological investigation, exploration test, numerical calculation, slope monitoring, slope control, and so on.The main research contents are as follows: 1) investigation and collection of Jinning phosphate rock data, the hydrogeological conditions of slope engineering in the east mining area of No. 6 pit of Jinning phosphate mine are obtained. Based on geological investigation and exploration test, the relevant strata of slope instability in East Mining area are obtained.Joints, fractures and faults, landslide bodies, typical three sections. 3) the slope stability analysis of typical three sections according to three types of engineering profiles is carried out by numerical calculation.It is concluded that the failure mode and stability under different working conditions of the slope in the east mining area are more suitable for the slope treatment in the east mining area than the slope treatment scheme of the bedding, and the reinforcement scheme of the anchor cable (rod) is more suitable for the slope treatment in the east mining area.The surface displacement, deep displacement and support structure of the slope are monitored, which can effectively predict the deformation trend of the slope, guide the slope construction, and provide the basis for the reinforcement of the slope.According to the actual situation of the slope in the east mining area of No. 6 pit of Jinning Phosphate Mine, this paper puts forward the corresponding methods and measures to prevent and control the slope instability in the east mining area, so as to reduce the damage of the slope instability to the minimum degree to the mining enterprise.It can be used for reference for similar projects.
