廣能集團全面預(yù)算信息化項目溝通管理研究

【摘要】:近年來中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展十分迅速,全面預(yù)算管理逐漸變成每個公司在管理過程和運營時的一種管理方式。加之由于現(xiàn)在處于全面信息化的宏觀背景下,固有低端形式的管理預(yù)算辦法已經(jīng)不能夠適應(yīng)公司整體預(yù)算和管理需要,但是信息化的全部預(yù)算管理可以達到全員參與、協(xié)同合作、快速分析和準(zhǔn)確化把握的需求,成為公司不斷壯大、準(zhǔn)確化治理進程里不可或缺的一種管理方式和助推器。全面預(yù)算的信息化可以促進現(xiàn)代企業(yè)成熟與發(fā)展起,作為公司內(nèi)部管理特別有用的辦法和手段,同時也是公司在進行戰(zhàn)略部署的有力支持手段和工具。目前,廣能集團的全面預(yù)算信息化項目對該企業(yè)來講有助于自身行為提升,有利于建立新型的工作方式,改變工作人員查錯糾弊的思考方式,提高企業(yè)的工作效率,同時對老員工從傳統(tǒng)預(yù)算管理轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾畔⒒骖A(yù)算管理的能力和態(tài)度也是一個很大的考驗。全面預(yù)算信息化管理是現(xiàn)代管理經(jīng)驗與現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,在數(shù)據(jù)時代,提高企業(yè)獲得信息、處理信息的能力已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)需面臨的重要問題,探究如何做好全面預(yù)算信息化管理對企業(yè)的發(fā)展大有幫助。本文以廣能集團全面預(yù)算信息化項目為實例,對廣能集團全面預(yù)算信息化項目的溝通管理進行研究,闡述了項目溝通管理的相關(guān)理念,并對廣能集團全面預(yù)算信息化項目溝通管理在實際應(yīng)用中的情況進行具體分析,歸納出廣能集團全面預(yù)算信息化建設(shè)項目的特點,最終針對廣能集團在全面預(yù)算信息化項目溝通管理中的特點提出針對性的改進措施,從而確保項目的順利實施,對廣能集團建立全面預(yù)算信息化項目溝通管理機制具有重要的實踐指導(dǎo)意義,為廣能集團的全面預(yù)算信息化建設(shè)項目組織管理部門加強組織協(xié)調(diào)、實施有效溝通、提高項目管理水平提供了理論和實踐相結(jié)合工作思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese economy, comprehensive budget management has gradually become a kind of management mode in the management process and operation of every company.In addition, because it is now in the macro context of comprehensive information, the inherent low-end management budget method can no longer meet the overall budget and management needs of the company, but the full budget management of informatization can achieve full participation.Cooperation, rapid analysis and accurate grasp of the needs of the company continues to grow, the process of accurate governance is an indispensable management and booster.The informationization of the overall budget can promote the maturation and development of modern enterprises, as a particularly useful method and means of internal management of the company, and it is also a powerful support means and tools for the company to carry out strategic deployment.At present, the comprehensive budget information project of Guangneng Group is helpful for the enterprise to improve its own behavior, to establish new working methods, to change the way of thinking of staff members to investigate and correct errors, and to improve the working efficiency of the enterprises.At the same time, the ability and attitude of the old staff to change from traditional budget management to information comprehensive budget management is also a great test.Comprehensive budget information management is the product of modern management experience and the development of modern information technology. In the data age, improving the ability of enterprises to obtain information and process information has become an important problem that enterprises need to face.Explore how to do a good job in the overall budget information management for the development of enterprises a lot of help.Taking the comprehensive budget information project of Guangneng Group as an example, this paper studies the communication management of the comprehensive budget information project of Guangneng Group, and expounds the related concepts of project communication management.In addition, the paper makes a concrete analysis of the actual application of the communication management of the comprehensive budget information project of the Guangneng Group, and concludes the characteristics of the comprehensive budget information construction project of the Group.Finally, aiming at the characteristics of Guangneng Group in the communication management of the overall budget information project, it puts forward targeted improvement measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.It is of great practical significance to establish the communication and management mechanism of the comprehensive budget information project in Guaneng Group, and strengthen the organization coordination and effective communication for the organization and management department of the comprehensive budget information construction project of the Guangeng Group.Improving the level of project management provides a combination of theory and practice.
