藏中礦區(qū)先鋒植物重金屬積累特征及耐性研究

【摘要】:西藏中部礦區(qū)重金屬污染嚴(yán)重,在礦區(qū)廢棄地的先鋒植物中篩選和研究適合當(dāng)?shù)貧夂蚺c土壤條件的重金屬耐性植物,是藏中礦區(qū)植被恢復(fù)和污染土壤修復(fù)的前提。本研究采用野外調(diào)查取樣,并結(jié)合室內(nèi)分析測(cè)試來(lái)進(jìn)行。對(duì)礦區(qū)尾礦庫(kù)生長(zhǎng)的6種先鋒植物及其土壤重金屬含量進(jìn)行測(cè)定分析,結(jié)果表明:拉屋礦區(qū)尾礦庫(kù)重金屬污染嚴(yán)重,并且土壤受到Zn,Cu,Pb,Cd元素的復(fù)合污染;6種先鋒植物均能適應(yīng)礦區(qū)土壤重金屬元素較高的環(huán)境,對(duì)重金屬具有一定的耐性;6種植物對(duì)重金屬的吸收表現(xiàn)出3種特征:尼泊爾酸模(Rumex nepalensis)和紫羊茅(Festuca rubra)屬于富集型植物;高山嵩草(Kobresia pygmaea)、高原蕁麻(Urtica hyperborea)、珠芽蓼(Polygonum viviparum)屬于根部囤積型植物;垂穗披堿草(Elymus nutans)屬于重金屬規(guī)避型植物;在復(fù)合污染條件下,尼泊爾酸模對(duì)Zn的吸收超過(guò)1000mg·kg-1,高原蕁麻對(duì)Cd的吸收超過(guò)50mg·kg-1,高原蕁麻和尼泊爾酸模具備超富集植物的特征和潛能,對(duì)尾礦庫(kù)區(qū)重金屬污染有較強(qiáng)的耐性,可作為治理該地區(qū)污染環(huán)境的修復(fù)材料。
[Abstract]:Heavy metal pollution is serious in the mining area of central Tibet. Screening and studying heavy metal tolerant plants suitable for local climate and soil conditions in the pioneer plants in mining wasteland is the premise of vegetation restoration and remediation of contaminated soil in mining areas in Tibet.This study was carried out by field survey and indoor analysis.The contents of heavy metals in six vanguard plants and their soils were determined and analyzed. The results showed that the heavy metal pollution of tailings pool was serious in Lawu mining area.Moreover, six pioneer plants, which were polluted by Zn, Cu, Pb, CD, could adapt to the environment with higher heavy metal elements in the soil of the mining area.The absorption of heavy metals by six species of plants showed three characteristics: Rumex nepalensis) and Festuca rubra were enriched plants.Kobresia pygmaeaer, Urtica hyperboreaer, Polygonum viviparum) belong to the root hoarding plant, Euphorbia nutansa belongs to heavy metal evading type, and under the condition of complex pollution, it belongs to the type of heavy metal evading plant.The absorption of Zn by Nepalese acid model exceeded that of 1000mg kg-1, and the absorption of CD by urticaria was higher than that of 50mg kg-1.The plants of highland urticaria and Nepalese acid had the characteristics and potential of super-enrichment, and they had strong tolerance to heavy metal pollution in tailings reservoir area.The utility model can be used as a remediation material for environmental pollution in this area.
