廢石尾砂混合料漿流變特性及充填采場(chǎng)流動(dòng)性試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了在金川充填采礦中實(shí)現(xiàn)廢棄物資源化利用,開展了廢石和尾砂兩種骨料的混合充填料漿流變特性以及在采場(chǎng)中的流動(dòng)性研究.首先基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)取樣進(jìn)行廢石和尾砂兩種骨料的粒徑級(jí)配分析,獲得了滿足充填骨料級(jí)配的廢石與尾砂的質(zhì)量比分別是6∶4和5∶5.然后針對(duì)這兩種混合充填料,進(jìn)行高濃度充填料漿坍落度試驗(yàn).結(jié)果表明,兩種混合充填料漿的坍落度大于20cm,滿足金川礦山充填料漿泵送輸件的要求;其質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)在78%以上時(shí)屬于高流態(tài)料漿,但廢石與尾砂質(zhì)量比為6∶4的混合充填料漿的流動(dòng)性略優(yōu)于質(zhì)量比為5∶5的.通過混合充填料漿環(huán)管試驗(yàn),確定了廢石與尾砂質(zhì)量比為6∶4、管徑為130mm和質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為78%的混合充填料漿為合理管輸參數(shù).最后根據(jù)充填采場(chǎng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查和強(qiáng)度分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)廢石與尾砂質(zhì)量比為6∶4和5∶5的混合充填料漿在采場(chǎng)中流動(dòng)的坡面角分別為0.55°~1.19°和0.38°~1.26°,但料漿在下料點(diǎn)存在不明顯的"錐堆"現(xiàn)象.采場(chǎng)中膠結(jié)充填體強(qiáng)度呈現(xiàn)"下高上低"現(xiàn)象,說明廢石尾砂混合充填料漿仍存在輕度的沉淀離析.
[Abstract]:In order to realize the reuse of waste in Jinchuan backfill mining, the rheological characteristics and fluidity of mixed filling slurry of waste rock and tailings were studied.Firstly, the particle size gradation of waste rock and tailings is analyzed based on field sampling, and the mass ratio of waste stone to tailings is 6:4 and 5: 5 respectively.Then the slump test of high concentration filling slurry was carried out for these two kinds of mixed filling materials.The results show that the slump of the two kinds of mixed filling slurry is more than 20 cm, which meets the requirement of pumping and transporting parts of the filling slurry in Jinchuan Mine, and its mass fraction above 78% belongs to the high flow state slurry.However, the fluidity of mixed filling slurry with the ratio of waste rock to tailings at 6:4 is slightly better than that of the mixture with a mass ratio of 5:5.Through the experiment of mixed filling slurry loop pipe, the reasonable pipe transportation parameters of mixed filling slurry with mass ratio of 6: 4, pipe diameter of 130mm and mass fraction of 78% were determined.Finally, according to the field investigation and strength analysis of filling stope,It is found that the slope angles of the mixed filling slurry flowing in the stope at 6:4 and 5:5 are 0.55 擄/ 1.19 擄and 0.38 擄/ 1.26 擄respectively, but there is no obvious "cone pile" phenomenon at the feeding point.The strength of cemented filling body in stope presents the phenomenon of "lower height up and lower", which indicates that there is still a slight precipitation segregation of waste tailings mixed filling slurry.
