【摘要】：為了深入分析煤礦安全事故致因,探求煤礦事故發(fā)生機(jī)理,預(yù)防和減少煤礦事故的發(fā)生,采用扎根理論的質(zhì)性分析方法,借助Nvivo質(zhì)性分析軟件對(duì)67份煤礦事故調(diào)查報(bào)告進(jìn)行分析,最后提取出政府及其他干預(yù)者失衡,企業(yè)管理缺陷,員工的不安全行為和物的不安全狀態(tài)3個(gè)層次致因,構(gòu)建事故致因模型。分析結(jié)果表明不同類型事故發(fā)生的主要原因不同,從社會(huì)干預(yù)和技術(shù)控制兩方面入手,對(duì)不同層次事故致因采取針對(duì)性措施可以顯著提高煤礦安全管理水平。
[Abstract]:In order to deeply analyze the causes of coal mine safety accidents, explore the mechanism of coal mine accidents, and prevent and reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents, a qualitative analysis method based on rooted theory is adopted.With the help of Nvivo qualitative analysis software, 67 coal mine accident investigation reports were analyzed. Finally, the causes of government and other interventionist imbalance, enterprise management defects, unsafe behavior of employees and unsafe state of objects were extracted.Build the accident cause model.The results show that the main causes of different types of accidents are different. Starting from the two aspects of social intervention and technical control, taking targeted measures to cause accidents at different levels can significantly improve the level of safety management in coal mines.
