固陽褐鐵礦磁浮聯(lián)合與磁化焙燒流程試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:自2008年以來,我國大量進(jìn)口的鐵礦石依存程度已經(jīng)超過了50%,這是我們國家鋼鐵工業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)安全出現(xiàn)的隱患。我們應(yīng)該深刻的意識到國內(nèi)儲(chǔ)量較大的復(fù)雜且難選的鐵礦石資源的開發(fā)利用有很現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義,這是維護(hù)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)安全的重要戰(zhàn)略選擇。褐鐵礦在全國的儲(chǔ)量很大,大部分處于棄之狀態(tài),沒有得到很好的綜合利用。本論文針對內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)包頭市的固陽褐鐵礦進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,研究目的是盡力在環(huán)保經(jīng)濟(jì)的前提下去提高選別指標(biāo)。 采用XRD、顯微分析和化學(xué)檢測等手段,對原礦及不同段的精礦進(jìn)行分析,測出原礦全鐵品位為32.79%,主要脈石礦物石英含量為31.72%,主要的鐵礦物為赤褐鐵,其中鐵金屬的含量占全鐵的96.12%。采用磁浮聯(lián)合與磁化焙燒-弱磁選流程探討,其磁化焙燒均在無還原劑的情況下采用氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)進(jìn)行的。將原礦經(jīng)破碎、篩分以及混勻處理到-0.074mm占80.32%作為試驗(yàn)礦樣,原礦預(yù)先用脈動(dòng)高梯度磁選機(jī)在0.92T強(qiáng)度下進(jìn)行強(qiáng)磁,然后0.75L的浮選機(jī)對磁精礦反浮選。原礦、磁精礦預(yù)先在管式電阻爐內(nèi)進(jìn)行磁化焙燒到900℃,然后用磁選管進(jìn)行多段弱磁選。 原礦經(jīng)高梯度強(qiáng)磁選,其品位提高了10.81個(gè)百分點(diǎn)達(dá)到了43.60%,對應(yīng)的回收率為76.79%,對反浮選藥劑制度的探索使磁精礦的品位提高了約5個(gè)百分點(diǎn)達(dá)到了48.59%,其回收率是74.16%。本試驗(yàn)任何礦焙燒均在無還原劑的情況下進(jìn)行的,沒有氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)進(jìn)行原礦的焙燒-弱磁其品位是34.89%、回收率為18.62%,,對原礦進(jìn)行有氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)焙燒-弱磁其品位達(dá)到48.79%,回收率是64.47%。用磁精礦在氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)下進(jìn)行磁化焙燒-弱磁其品位達(dá)到57.89%,回收率為61.82%,改變?nèi)醮艌鰪?qiáng)經(jīng)兩段磁選其品位提高到60.75%,對應(yīng)的回收率為58.03%。 本文最后對不加還原劑的磁化焙燒而達(dá)到了效果,結(jié)合試驗(yàn)過程的現(xiàn)象又查閱了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),給予可能與非氧化還原反應(yīng)新理論相關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Since 2008, China has imported more than 50 percent of iron ore, which is a hidden danger to the economic safety of our country's iron and steel industry.We should deeply realize that the development and utilization of the complicated and difficult iron ore resources with large domestic reserves is of great practical significance, which is an important strategic choice to safeguard the national economic security.Limonite reserves in the country is very large, most of them are abandoned, and have not been well utilized.In this paper, an experimental study was carried out on Guyang limonite in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. The purpose of the study was to improve the selection index under the premise of environmental protection and economy.By means of XRD, microanalysis and chemical detection, the total iron grade of the raw ore and the concentrate in different sections are analyzed. The total iron grade of the raw ore is 32.79, the quartz content of the main gangue mineral is 31.72%, and the main iron mineral is red brown iron, of which the iron metal content accounts for 96.12% of the total iron.The maglev combination and magnetization roasting-weak magnetic separation process are discussed. The magnetization roasting is carried out by nitrogen protection without reducing agent.After crushing, sieving and mixing, the raw ore was treated to -0.074 mm (80.32%) as the test sample. The ore was pretreated with a pulsating high gradient magnetic separator at 0.92T strength, and then the flotation machine of 0.75 L was used to reverse flotation the magnetic concentrate.The ore is magnetized and roasted to 900 鈩
