【摘要】：針對(duì)海底鈷結(jié)殼和熱液硫化物礦區(qū)的地形力學(xué)特點(diǎn),在傳統(tǒng)路面履帶式車輛的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)心輪-橡膠履帶嚙合式海底行走機(jī)構(gòu)。根據(jù)該履帶式海底行走機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)建模,在處理嚙合力時(shí),應(yīng)用彈性接觸理論,將嚙合力等效為彈性接觸力;對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)的驅(qū)動(dòng)力進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)影響因素進(jìn)行分析。基于Recurdyn搭建海底行走機(jī)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)化動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,施加約束、接觸力及運(yùn)動(dòng)函數(shù)控制,針對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)在海底運(yùn)行時(shí)的不同類型的地形環(huán)境及工況進(jìn)行分析。由分析結(jié)果可知,實(shí)心輪與履帶銷的嚙合力隨著其間的正壓力變化而變化,正壓力達(dá)到最大值對(duì)應(yīng)出現(xiàn)最大的嚙合力,且正壓力和嚙合力隨著履帶的傳動(dòng)出現(xiàn)周期性變化的趨勢(shì);同時(shí),由于履帶速度的動(dòng)載荷造成行走機(jī)構(gòu)的速度、加速度、驅(qū)動(dòng)力矩等有較大的脈動(dòng),但是從整體上來(lái)講,嚙合驅(qū)動(dòng)式行走方案還是相對(duì)較平穩(wěn)的。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the topographic and mechanical characteristics of cobalt crusts and hydrothermal sulphide mining areas, a solid wheel-rubber crawler meshing submarine walking mechanism is designed on the basis of traditional tracked vehicles.According to the structural characteristics of the crawler submarine walking mechanism, the dynamic modeling is carried out. In dealing with the meshing force, the elastic contact theory is applied to equivalent the meshing force to the elastic contact force, and the driving force of the mechanism is analyzed.The influencing factors were analyzed.Based on Recurdyn, the simplified dynamic model of submarine walking mechanism was built, and the control of contact force and motion function was applied to analyze the different types of terrain environment and working condition of the mechanism.The results show that the engagement force between solid wheel and track pin changes with the change of positive pressure, and the maximum positive pressure corresponds to the maximum meshing force.At the same time, the velocity, acceleration and driving moment of the walking mechanism are pulsating due to the dynamic load of the track velocity, but on the whole,The meshing drive walking scheme is relatively stable.
