【摘要】：結(jié)合我國(guó)煤礦管理程序,建立了煤礦管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系框架,包括綜合經(jīng)營(yíng)管理、設(shè)計(jì)與建設(shè)管理、生產(chǎn)管理、安全管理、質(zhì)量管理、設(shè)備與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施管理、運(yùn)輸與銷(xiāo)售管理、檢驗(yàn)試驗(yàn)管理、信息化與監(jiān)控管理、物資管理、能源與環(huán)保管理、科研與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理、職業(yè)健康管理13大類(lèi),并給出每一大類(lèi)的層次結(jié)構(gòu)。編制神東煤炭集團(tuán)煤礦管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)明細(xì)表,共461項(xiàng)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和文件,應(yīng)用效果良好。
[Abstract]:Combined with China's coal mine management procedures, the framework of coal mine management standard system is established, including comprehensive management, design and construction management, production management, safety management, quality management, equipment and infrastructure management, transportation and sales management.There are 13 categories of test management, information management and monitoring management, material management, energy and environmental protection management, scientific research and standardization management, occupational health management, and the hierarchical structure of each category is given.The detailed list of coal mine management standards of Shendong Coal Group is compiled, with a total of 461 items of management standards and documents, and the application results are good.
