【摘要】：針對傳統(tǒng)礦用電機車驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)存在故障率高、消耗能量大、效率低等缺點以及機械編碼器的使用會降低控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性和耐用性,提出了一種無速度傳感器控制方法高頻脈動電壓信號注入法,并設(shè)計了一種基于無速度傳感器控制的礦用電機車變頻驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)。文章從控制原理、控制策略、系統(tǒng)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)以及軟硬件設(shè)計等方面,給出了較詳細(xì)的論述。通過系統(tǒng)理論分析、仿真建模與仿真結(jié)果分析,制作了礦用電機車變頻驅(qū)動裝置樣機。樣機經(jīng)過在實驗室數(shù)據(jù)測試、分析和現(xiàn)場試運行結(jié)果表明,所提出的控制方案具有較高的可行性和有效性,而且裝置的維護(hù)工作量明顯減小、可靠性滿足煤礦惡劣環(huán)境的要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the disadvantages of the traditional mine electric locomotive drive system such as high failure rate, high energy consumption and low efficiency, and the use of mechanical encoder, the reliability and durability of the control system will be reduced.This paper presents a speed sensorless control method for high frequency pulsating voltage signal injection and designs a frequency conversion drive system for mine electric locomotives based on speed sensorless control.In this paper, the control principle, control strategy, system topology and hardware and software design are discussed in detail.Based on the system theory analysis, simulation modeling and simulation result analysis, the prototype of frequency conversion drive device of mine electric locomotive is made.The results of data test, analysis and field operation show that the proposed control scheme is more feasible and effective, and the maintenance workload of the device is obviously reduced, and the reliability meets the requirements of the harsh environment in coal mines.
