【摘要】:利用爆炸加載動(dòng)態(tài)焦散線測(cè)試系統(tǒng),采用PMMA材料加工模型試件,進(jìn)行裂紋擴(kuò)展規(guī)律的動(dòng)焦散試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:預(yù)制裂紋b端在應(yīng)力波作用下起裂,擴(kuò)展軌跡出現(xiàn)翹曲變化的現(xiàn)象,大體上沿水平方向擴(kuò)展;裂紋b端擴(kuò)展位移隨傾角θ呈現(xiàn)增大和減小交替變化的規(guī)律,在-45°~45°內(nèi),擴(kuò)展位移曲線大體上關(guān)于直線θ=0°對(duì)稱,在-75°~-45°和45°~75°內(nèi),位移曲線呈現(xiàn)較大差別;擴(kuò)展位移曲線在θ=-45°,θ=0°和θ=60°處達(dá)到峰值,分別為22,31,36 mm,在θ=±30°處達(dá)到低谷值9 mm和11 mm;應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子KⅠd變化曲線和能量釋放率G變化曲線具有相似的變化規(guī)律,均先達(dá)到峰值,后反復(fù)振蕩變化、多次出現(xiàn)峰值;KⅠd值和G值與能量緊密相關(guān),當(dāng)兩者的數(shù)值相對(duì)較大時(shí),相應(yīng)裂紋擴(kuò)展位移較大,反之,裂紋擴(kuò)展位移較小。
[Abstract]:The dynamic caustic test of crack growth was carried out by means of explosive loading dynamic caustic line test system and PMMA material processing model specimen.The results show that the crack start crack at the b end under the action of stress wave, and the propagation trajectory is warped, and the propagation displacement of the b end of the crack increases and decreases alternately with the dip angle 胃, and in the range of -45 擄~ 45 擄, the propagating displacement of the b end of the crack increases and decreases alternately with the dip angle 胃.The extended displacement curve is about the symmetry of the straight line 胃 0 擄, and the displacement curve is quite different in the range of -75 擄-45 擄and 45 擄~ 75 擄, the extended displacement curve reaches the peak value at 胃 -45 擄, 胃 -0 擄and 胃 ~ (60) 擄, and the extended displacement curve reaches the peak value at 胃 -45 擄, 胃 ~ (0 擄) and 胃 ~ (60 擄).At 胃 = 鹵30 擄, the lowest values are 9 mm and 11 mm, respectively, and the curve of stress intensity factor K 鈪,
