國外某銅鉛銀鋇多金屬礦的分離與回收工藝

【摘要】:對(duì)國外某銅鉛銀鋇多金屬礦進(jìn)行銅鉛混合浮選、抑鉛浮銅、浸出、重選等實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,最終確定采用銅鉛混浮-精礦浸出-尾礦重選的選冶聯(lián)合工藝流程,實(shí)現(xiàn)了銅、鉛、銀、鋇資源的綜合回收.結(jié)果表明,原礦含銅1.52%、鉛7.84%和BaSO_4 29.91%,銀品位為243.8 g/t,經(jīng)混合浮選得混合精礦含銅8.09%、鉛47.21%、銀1389.4 g/t,回收率分別為85.50%,92.91%,87.93%;在室溫(25℃)、浸出劑濃度0.6 mol/L、液固質(zhì)量比4、浸出時(shí)間50 min的條件下浸出,獲得了銅、鉛、銀浸出率分別為84.95%,5.56%,21.04%的浸出液和含銅1.54%、鉛64.23%、銀1 787.6 g/t的浸出渣.浮選尾礦經(jīng)搖床重選后得BaSO_4品位為95.37%、回收率為35%的鋇精礦.
