基于雙泵并聯(lián)的膏體輸送特性研究

【摘要】:膏體充填可以使煤礦解決現(xiàn)存的“三下”壓煤,并且增強(qiáng)了煤礦的開采率,防止地表塌陷,達(dá)到煤礦的綠色生產(chǎn),改變了以前無法開采和污染環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀,使煤礦形成一個(gè)從開采到環(huán)境治理新理念的技術(shù)發(fā)展[1]。雖然膏體管道輸送技術(shù)解決了工業(yè)固體廢棄物資源化利用的輸送瓶頸,但是膏體屬于固液存在的兩相流,對(duì)于充填站制備的料漿在管道輸送過程中壓力損失是難以解決的問題,相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式也不能直接應(yīng)用到工程中。本論文提出了一種檢測(cè)料漿在管路輸送中壓力損失的方法,通過應(yīng)變片的形變轉(zhuǎn)換為電阻的變化,將其運(yùn)用到膏體充填的實(shí)際工程中,同時(shí)建立基于雙泵并聯(lián)的膏體管道輸送阻力計(jì)算模型,并能夠在設(shè)計(jì)煤礦膏體充填系統(tǒng)時(shí)能應(yīng)用到工程中,其主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)通過對(duì)工業(yè)泵的結(jié)構(gòu)、性能特點(diǎn)、工作原理的介紹,并對(duì)膏體充填料漿進(jìn)行了可泵性研究,而且對(duì)充填材料的坍落度和泌水率實(shí)驗(yàn)分別從實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)康暮蛯?shí)驗(yàn)步驟進(jìn)行了理論研究,分析了影響水力坡度的主要因素。(2)建立雙泵并聯(lián)的優(yōu)化模型,采用數(shù)值分析方法進(jìn)行曲線擬合,應(yīng)用MATLAB等仿真工具求解出約束條件的最優(yōu)解。基于雙泵并聯(lián)的膏體充填對(duì)輸送管路的直徑、參數(shù)以及布置進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和選擇,并且分析料漿在管路輸送的可靠性。(3)建立膏體充填系統(tǒng)的料漿在管道輸送過程中的壓力損失計(jì)算模型以及方法,對(duì)壓力損失公式進(jìn)行誤差分析。(4)在滿足煤礦開采充填量要求的情況下,預(yù)計(jì)算出膏體充填系統(tǒng)的料漿在管道運(yùn)送過程中的壓力損失,探究影響其壓力損失的關(guān)鍵因素,為實(shí)際工程中有效降低料漿在管路泵送時(shí)的壓力損失提供理論基礎(chǔ),為今后設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)際充填系統(tǒng)提供重要參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Paste filling can make the coal mine solve the existing "three down" coal compaction, and enhance the mining rate of coal mine, prevent the ground from collapsing, reach the green production of the coal mine, and change the present situation which could not be exploited and pollute the environment before.To form a new concept of coal mining from mining to environmental control technology development [1].Although the technology of plaster pipeline transportation solves the bottleneck of the utilization of industrial solid waste, the paste belongs to the two-phase flow of solid and liquid, so it is difficult to solve the pressure loss of slurry prepared by filling station in the course of pipeline transportation.The relevant empirical formula can not be directly applied to engineering.In this paper, a method of detecting the pressure loss of slurry in pipeline transportation is proposed. The strain gauge is transformed into resistance and applied to the practical engineering of paste filling.At the same time, the model of resistance calculation of plaster pipeline based on parallel connection of double pumps is established, and it can be applied to engineering when designing plaster filling system in coal mine. Its main contents are as follows: 1) through the structure and performance characteristics of industrial pump,The working principle is introduced, and the pumpability of paste filling slurry is studied, and the experimental results of slump and bleeding rate of filling material are studied theoretically from the experimental purpose and the experimental steps, respectively.In this paper, the main factors affecting hydraulic gradient are analyzed. The optimization model of double pump parallel connection is established. The curve fitting is carried out by numerical analysis method, and the optimal solution of constraint condition is solved by MATLAB and other simulation tools.The diameter, parameters and arrangement of the pipeline are designed and selected based on the paste filling with parallel double pumps.The reliability of slurry in pipeline transportation is analyzed. The calculation model and method of pressure loss of slurry in plaster filling system are established.The error analysis of the formula of pressure loss. 4) under the condition of meeting the requirement of coal mining filling quantity, the pressure loss of paste filling system in pipeline transportation process is calculated, and the key factors affecting its pressure loss are explored.It provides a theoretical basis for effectively reducing the pressure loss of slurry during pipe pumping in practical engineering, and provides an important reference value for the design of practical filling system in the future.
