基于運輸成本評判礦山開拓運輸系統(tǒng)銜接研究

【摘要】:鋼鐵產業(yè)是一個國家的工業(yè)命脈,而煉鐵需要石灰石為溶劑,除了脈石。煉制鋼材一般利用生石灰當做造渣原料,去除硫及磷有毒物質。所以石灰石在我國的工業(yè)生產中起到十分巨大的作用。隨著產業(yè)向前進步,,在運輸鐵礦石的成本上也隨之增高。 隨著市場對礦石需求量的不斷增大,礦山的推進速度也隨之加快。礦山上任何一種單一工藝都不可能完全適用于礦山的整個壽命。卡布其山坡露天礦所用的溜井隨著社會對礦石需求量的增大,采掘速度的加快,降段也越來越頻繁,使得溜井上端到主平硐水平的垂直距離也越來越短。隨著溜井上端至主平硐水平的垂直距離變小,平硐溜井開拓運輸方案的優(yōu)勢將慢慢失去。當到達某一水平時,利用平硐溜井開拓運輸系統(tǒng)在運輸成本方面將不優(yōu)于其他運輸系統(tǒng)。根據礦山利益的最大化,隨之而來的就是用其它開拓運輸方案代替平硐溜井聯(lián)合運輸方案。本文以烏海市卡布其山坡露天石灰石礦地質資料為工程背景、以6號溜井井口1395米水平為起始點并以每降段12米為一個區(qū)間單位,通過理論分析計算出平硐溜井方案和全汽車運輸方案的運輸成本隨開采水平的變化,會有一定的變化規(guī)律。通過變化規(guī)律來研究推斷出平硐溜井開拓運輸方案與全汽車開拓運輸方案的銜接水平。主要工作如下: (1)根據卡布其礦地質和礦床條件,綜合分析銜接開拓運輸系統(tǒng)為全汽車運輸。 (2)通過實地考察,找出兩方案比較段的影響因素;去卡布其石灰石礦實測并向相關技術人員收集兩方案影響因素的相關數據。 (3)根據實測數據分析計算得出:溜井上端1395米處與主平硐水平的高差為85米,主平硐口至破碎站的距離為1.2km;1395米水平采場至破碎站的汽車運輸距離為1.3km。并且在出入口水平1341米以上,溜井每降段12米,汽車運距縮短0.15km。 (4)通過實測數據與理論分析計算得出兩種方案的運輸成本隨標高變化的規(guī)律,再構造出相應的函數并用word繪制出相對應的函數圖像。 (5)通過函數的計算和函數圖像比較,得出平硐溜井開拓運輸系統(tǒng)方案轉全汽車運輸開拓運輸方案的銜接水平。
[Abstract]:The iron and steel industry is the lifeblood of a nation's industry, and ironmaking requires limestone as a solvent, except gangue.Smelting steel generally uses quicklime as slagging material to remove sulfur and phosphorus toxic substances.So limestone plays a very important role in China's industrial production.As the industry advances, so does the cost of transporting iron ore.With the increasing demand for ore in the market, the speed of mining is accelerating.No single process in a mine can be fully applicable to the whole life of a mine.With the increasing demand for ore, the speed of mining and the falling section are more and more frequent, which makes the vertical distance from the upper end of the pass shaft to the main adit become shorter and shorter.As the vertical distance from the upper end of the pass well to the horizontal level of the main adit becomes smaller, the advantage of the development and transportation scheme will be gradually lost.When a certain level is reached, the transportation system developed by Adit pass will not be superior to other transportation systems in terms of transportation cost.According to the maximization of mine benefits, other development and transportation schemes are followed.Based on the geological data of open-pit limestone mine on Kapuchi hillside in Wuhai City, this paper takes 1395 m level of No. 6 pass well head as the starting point and takes 12 meters of each descending section as an interval unit.Through theoretical analysis, it is found that the transportation cost of the adit pass plan and the whole vehicle transportation plan varies with the mining level, and there will be certain changes in the law.By studying the changing law, we infer the connection level between the development and transportation scheme of adit pass well and the whole automobile development and transportation scheme.The main tasks are as follows:1) according to the geology and deposit conditions of Kapuchi ore deposit, it is analyzed that the transportation system is the whole automobile transportation system.(2) through the field investigation, the influence factors of the two schemes are found out, and the data of the influencing factors of the two schemes are collected from the technicians concerned.In addition, at the entrance level of 1341 meters or more, the vehicle distance is shortened by 0.15 km per 12 meters in the slide well.4) based on the measured data and theoretical analysis, the law of transportation cost varying with elevation is obtained, and the corresponding functions are constructed and the corresponding function images are plotted by word.5) through the calculation of function and the comparison of function image, the connection level of the scheme of open up transportation system of adit and pass well to the whole automobile transportation development transportation scheme is obtained.
