深部砂土—煤系風(fēng)化巖接觸帶力學(xué)特征研究

【摘要】:巨厚表土覆蓋隱伏煤田在我國廣泛分布,縮小保護(hù)煤巖柱提高開采上限,意味著地下采煤活動離深部土-煤系風(fēng)化巖接觸帶更近。東部礦區(qū)多年近“帶”開采的實(shí)踐表明:有成功采出滯壓煤體,延長礦井服務(wù)年限,提高生產(chǎn)效益的實(shí)例;也有突水潰砂、礦壓異常增大,威脅礦井安全生產(chǎn)等問題的出現(xiàn)。深部土-煤系風(fēng)化巖接觸帶是由深部土、水、風(fēng)化破碎巖組成,經(jīng)長期水-土-巖相互作用地質(zhì)過程作用,整體強(qiáng)度較低、力學(xué)性質(zhì)有遞變特征的特殊工程地質(zhì)巖組,承接了上覆土體與下伏巖體間采動不協(xié)調(diào)變形。本文以砂土-煤系風(fēng)化巖接觸帶為研究對象,從開采擾動和風(fēng)化帶物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)兩方面展開研究:①以彈塑性有限差分計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),總結(jié)了風(fēng)化帶巖土體在采動擾動下的應(yīng)力路徑并將其概化為6種三軸試驗(yàn)加卸載模式;②以風(fēng)化巖替代材料的配比試驗(yàn)為依據(jù),制作了具有強(qiáng)度連續(xù)性特征差異的三軸試驗(yàn)組合試樣;③開展土-巖接觸面高壓直剪試驗(yàn)、土-巖接觸帶減壓三軸壓縮試驗(yàn)和風(fēng)化帶粘土礦物膨脹性試驗(yàn),測試得到土-巖接觸面/帶的Mohr-Coulomb抗剪強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)和風(fēng)化帶粘土礦物的膨脹性指標(biāo)。以試驗(yàn)測試數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),建立了考慮強(qiáng)度連續(xù)性特征的三參數(shù)模型。進(jìn)而將風(fēng)化帶巖土體的強(qiáng)度梯度量化為強(qiáng)度連續(xù)性指標(biāo)并引入三參數(shù)模型,建立了土-巖接觸帶三參數(shù)模型。
[Abstract]:The overlying coal fields covered by the super-thick topsoil are widely distributed in China, which means that the underground coal mining activities are closer to the deep soil-coal measures weathered rock contact zone by reducing the protection coal pillar and raising the mining upper limit.The practice of mining near the "belt" for many years in the eastern mining area shows that there are some examples of successful mining of stagnant coal body, prolonging mine service life and improving production benefit, and there are also some problems such as water bursting, abnormal increase of mine pressure and threats to mine safety in production.The contact zone of deep soil-coal measures weathered rock is a special engineering geological rock group which is composed of deep soil, water and weathered broken rock. After a long period of geological process of water-soil-rock interaction, the overall strength of the contact zone is low and the mechanical properties have progressive characteristics.The disharmony deformation between the overlying soil and the underlying rock mass is carried out.In this paper, the contact zone of sand and coal measures weathered rock is taken as the research object, and the study on the two aspects of mining disturbance and physical and mechanical properties of weathering zone is carried out on the basis of elastic-plastic finite difference calculation data.This paper summarizes the stress path of weathered rock and soil under mining disturbance and generalizes it into six triaxial test loading and unloading modes.Triaxial test specimens with different strength continuity characteristics were made to carry out direct shear tests at high pressure on soil-rock contact surfaces, triaxial compression tests under pressure in soil-rock contact zones and swelling tests on clay minerals in weathered zones.The Mohr-Coulomb shear strength index of soil-rock interface / zone and the swelling index of clay minerals in weathered zone are obtained.Based on the test data, a three-parameter model considering the continuity of strength is established.Furthermore, the strength gradient of rock and soil in weathered zone is quantified as the strength continuity index and the three-parameter model is introduced, and the three-parameter model of soil-rock contact zone is established.
