陳家溝礦3204綜放工作面采空區(qū)煤自燃防控技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:煤層自燃是由于煤體與氧氣之間發(fā)生氧化反應(yīng)釋放出熱量,積聚到一定程度的結(jié)果,而開采煤層又為煤層采空區(qū)自燃提供了必要的條件,為有效地控制采空區(qū)煤層自燃發(fā)生,杜絕由此引發(fā)的火災(zāi)事故,做出陳家溝煤礦3204綜放工作面采空區(qū)煤自燃防控技術(shù)研究就具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以陳家溝煤礦3204綜放工作面采空區(qū)為背景,通過煤樣自然發(fā)火實(shí)驗(yàn),測試出煤自燃發(fā)火天數(shù)及自燃特點(diǎn)。對煤自燃特性參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析,計(jì)算出了不同浮煤厚度時(shí)的下限氧濃度與上限漏風(fēng)強(qiáng)度,計(jì)算出不同漏風(fēng)強(qiáng)度時(shí)的極限浮煤厚度。通過現(xiàn)場觀測,得出工作面水平和垂直“三帶”分布規(guī)律。利用用Fluent軟件,針對3204數(shù)值模擬區(qū)域模型進(jìn)行了分析,得出采空區(qū)氧濃度分布情況、氧濃度滲流速度和滲流方向,再計(jì)算出陳家溝煤礦3204采空區(qū)得極限浮煤厚度、下限氧濃度、極限浮煤厚度時(shí)的漏風(fēng)強(qiáng)度、工作面推進(jìn)速度、自然發(fā)火期這5個(gè)浮煤自燃參量,在此基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)采空區(qū)自燃危險(xiǎn)區(qū)判定條件,得出了 3204工作面中部距切眼26米至80米左右范圍內(nèi),回風(fēng)側(cè)距切眼18米至110米左右范圍內(nèi),進(jìn)風(fēng)測距切眼18米至65米范圍內(nèi)為采空區(qū)自燃危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域,最佳推進(jìn)速度不要小于每天3米。根據(jù)陳家溝煤礦3204綜放工作面實(shí)際開采情況,制定了 3204綜放工作面采空區(qū)煤自燃監(jiān)測預(yù)報(bào)、預(yù)防與治理技術(shù)方案體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)了科學(xué)防火,做到了有的放矢,把有限的安全資金投入到最需要的地方,發(fā)揮出了最大的安全效益。工作面于2014年10月26日正式回采,2015年5月3日回采完畢,3204工作面采出量為172.71萬噸,工作面回采率為91.45%,未發(fā)生火災(zāi),采用的防滅火措施起到了應(yīng)有的作用。
[Abstract]:Spontaneous combustion of coal seam is the result of the oxidation reaction between coal body and oxygen to release heat and accumulate to a certain extent. The coal seam opening provides necessary conditions for spontaneous combustion in goaf of coal seam and effectively controls the occurrence of spontaneous combustion of coal seam in goaf. To put an end to the fire accident caused by the accident, it is of great practical significance to study the technology of preventing and controlling the spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf of No. 3204 fully mechanized caving face of Chenjiagou Coal Mine. This paper takes the goaf of 3204 fully mechanized caving face of Chenjiagou Coal Mine as the background. The spontaneous combustion days and characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion were tested through the spontaneous combustion experiments of coal samples. The parameters of coal spontaneous combustion characteristics were analyzed, and the lower oxygen concentration and upper limit air leakage intensity were calculated under different floating coal thickness. The limit floating coal thickness with different air leakage intensity is calculated. The horizontal and vertical "three zones" distribution law of the face is obtained by field observation. The 3204 numerical simulation region model is analyzed by using Fluent software. The distribution of oxygen concentration in goaf, the percolation velocity and direction of oxygen concentration in goaf are obtained, and the maximum floating coal thickness, the lower oxygen concentration, the air leakage intensity and the working face advancing speed in 3204 goaf of Chenjiagou coal mine are calculated. On the basis of these five parameters of spontaneous combustion of floating coal in spontaneous combustion period, according to the judging conditions of spontaneous combustion danger area in goaf, it is obtained that the middle part of 3204 face is within the range of 26 meters to 80 meters from the cutting hole, and the air return side distance from the cutting hole is 18 meters to 110 meters. The range from 18 meters to 65 meters for the cut hole by wind distance is the danger area of spontaneous combustion in goaf, and the best speed of propulsion should not be less than 3 meters per day. According to the actual mining situation of 3204 fully mechanized caving face in Chenjiagou Coal Mine, The monitoring and forecasting of spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf of 3204 fully mechanized caving face, the technical scheme system of prevention and control have been formulated, the scientific fire prevention has been realized, the target has been achieved, and the limited safety funds have been put into the place where the most need is needed. The maximum safety benefit has been brought into play. The coal face was formally mined on October 26, 2014. The mining capacity of the working face was 1.7271 million tons on May 3, 2015, and the recovery rate of the working face was 91.45. There was no fire. The measures adopted to prevent and extinguish fire have played a due role.
