【摘要】：以忻州窯14號煤為研究對象,基于波速測試、CT掃描和三維重構(gòu)技術(shù),分析了煤巖內(nèi)部原生裂隙、孔隙以及礦物夾雜分布的非均質(zhì)特征,研究了單軸受壓條件下,沿不同方向加載時,煤樣內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)分布的非均質(zhì)性對煤巖破壞特征的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),煤樣內(nèi)部原生裂隙、孔隙以及礦物夾雜分布方向的非均質(zhì)性是造成不同加載方向上煤巖破壞特征差異性的原因:煤樣內(nèi)部原生裂隙、礦物夾雜沿層理方向分布和延伸,造成沿垂直層理加載煤樣的單軸抗壓強度、總聲發(fā)射計數(shù)等參數(shù)的均值高于沿平行層理加載的煤樣;割理的橫向截割作用使沿垂直割理加載煤樣整體性低于沿平行割理加載煤樣,并造成其單軸抗壓強度,總聲發(fā)射計數(shù)等參數(shù)的均值以及加載過程中聲發(fā)射現(xiàn)象的規(guī)律性略低于后者;煤樣單軸抗壓強度與縱波波速呈指數(shù)函數(shù)關(guān)系,煤樣內(nèi)部非均質(zhì)性對其單軸抗壓強度的影響可由非均質(zhì)系數(shù)表示,且2者呈負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In Xinzhouyao No. 14 coal as the research object, based on the wave velocity test, CT scan and 3D reconstruction technology, analysis of coal rock endogenisation cracks, pores and mineral inclusions in heterogeneous distribution, studied under uniaxial compression, loading along different directions, affect the coal structure heterogeneity distribution characteristics of failure of coal and rock. The study found that coal original internal fissures, pores and heterogeneity of mineral inclusion distribution direction is caused by the difference characteristic of different loading direction of coal rock: coal endogenisation fracture, mineral inclusions in the direction of bedding distribution and extension caused by uniaxial compressive strength along the vertical bedding coal loading the mean total AE counts and other parameters is higher than that of the parallel bedding loaded coal samples; transverse cutting and cutting action along the vertical loading of coal cleat cleat is lower than the overall parallel loading of coal samples, and The uniaxial compressive strength, the regularity of acoustic emission phenomenon of the total acoustic emission count parameters such as the mean and the loading process of the coal sample is slightly lower than the latter; uniaxial compressive strength and longitudinal wave velocity exponentially, coal inside the effect of heterogeneity on the uniaxial compressive strength can be represented by heterogeneous coefficients, and the 2 were negatively correlated.
