【摘要】：簡述了高嶺土的化學(xué)除鐵增白方法的基本原理,綜述了高嶺土化學(xué)除鐵增白法的研究進展,并指出了化學(xué)法的發(fā)展方向及需要進一步解決的問題�；瘜W(xué)法能夠根據(jù)需要選擇合適的化學(xué)試劑將高嶺土中的雜質(zhì)溶解除去,除鐵效果好,能夠得到優(yōu)質(zhì)、高白度值的高嶺土。針對目前我國高嶺土資源儲量豐富、品位不高的情況,適宜選用化學(xué)法對其進行除鐵增白,提高其綜合性能及應(yīng)用價值。同時,仍需對化學(xué)法的作用機理進行更深一步的研究,以期解決過程中尚存在的一些問題。
[Abstract]:The basic principle of chemical iron removal and whitening method of kaolin is briefly introduced. The research progress of chemical iron removal and whitening method of kaolin is summarized, and the developing direction of chemical method and the problems that need to be solved are pointed out.The chemical method can select suitable chemical reagent according to the need to dissolve and remove impurity in kaolin, and can get high quality and high whiteness kaolin with good iron removal effect.In view of the rich resources and low grade of kaolin in our country at present, it is suitable to select chemical method to remove iron and whiten it to improve its comprehensive performance and application value.At the same time, it is necessary to further study the mechanism of chemical method in order to solve some problems in the process.
