【摘要】:井下鉆探是煤礦日常生產(chǎn)中獲取地質(zhì)資料及消除安全隱患的技術(shù)手段。而現(xiàn)階段煤礦生產(chǎn)中施工的鉆孔多不進(jìn)行鉆孔軌跡測(cè)量,造成地質(zhì)資料誤判、安全措施客觀上不到位的情況時(shí)有發(fā)生。為根本解決這一問(wèn)題,根據(jù)鉆孔軌跡測(cè)量原理研發(fā)出基于航姿參考系統(tǒng)的電磁波無(wú)線隨鉆軌跡測(cè)量系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)具有成本低、方便應(yīng)用的特點(diǎn),且能滿足無(wú)線隨鉆測(cè)量的要求。井下實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,該系統(tǒng)可以高效地完成隨鉆鉆孔軌跡測(cè)量,提高鉆進(jìn)效率。
[Abstract]:Underground drilling is a technical means to obtain geological data and eliminate hidden safety hazards in daily production of coal mines. However, most of the boreholes in coal mine production at present do not carry out borehole trajectory measurement, which results in the misjudgment of geological data. In order to solve this problem, an electromagnetic wave wireless track measurement system based on attitude reference system is developed according to the principle of borehole trajectory measurement. The system can be used conveniently and can meet the requirement of wireless measurement while drilling. The experiment results show that the system can effectively measure the trajectory of drilling while drilling and improve the drilling efficiency.
