【摘要】:正原子發(fā)射光譜分析法是根據(jù)物質(zhì)的氣態(tài)原子或離子通過激發(fā)產(chǎn)生光譜而確定物質(zhì)組成和含量的分析方法[1]。銀、硼、錫和鉬是地球化學樣品分析中非常重要的元素。傳統(tǒng)的發(fā)射光譜法利用相板成像、計算機自動譯譜實現(xiàn)樣品分析,操作程序繁瑣、相板批次質(zhì)量的差異及人的介入等因素造成分析結(jié)果的重復性差[2-3]。直流電弧原子發(fā)射光譜法的開發(fā)與應用已經(jīng)有
