灰化法與微波消解法處理地電化學(xué)泡塑樣品的分析效果對比研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前普遍使用灰化法對地電化學(xué)泡塑樣品進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,但可能存在高溫下某些元素(如Hg、As)揮發(fā)損失的缺點(diǎn)。本文選擇了內(nèi)蒙古洛恪頓熱液型鉛鋅多金屬礦床一條地電化學(xué)勘查剖面,開展灰化法及微波消解法處理地電化學(xué)泡塑樣品的勘查效果對比研究,采用原子熒光光譜和高分辨電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜測定其中的主要元素。結(jié)果表明:1對于Zn、Cu、Fe、La等十余種元素,兩種處理方法取得的異常模式基本一致,可根據(jù)實(shí)際工作需求任選一種方法進(jìn)行樣品預(yù)處理;2對于Au、Pb等元素,微波消解法因為取樣量小,可能存在較嚴(yán)重的樣品均勻性、代表性及分析檢出限等問題,應(yīng)采用灰化法;3對于Hg,灰化法存在顯著的元素?fù)p失,更適合采用微波消解法;4對于As,兩種方法均存在較大問題,建議參考植物樣品嘗試使用硝酸及高氯酸直接溶解等方法進(jìn)行預(yù)處理。
[Abstract]:At present, ashing method is widely used to pretreat geoelectrochemical foam samples. However, there may be the disadvantage of volatilization loss of some elements (such as Hgn As) at high temperature. In this paper, a geoelectrochemical prospecting section of Luokedun hydrothermal Pb-Zn polymetallic deposit in Inner Mongolia has been selected. A comparative study on the exploration results of geoelectrochemical foam samples treated by ashing method and microwave digestion method was carried out. Atomic fluorescence spectroscopy and high resolution inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry were used to determine the main elements. The results show that the abnormal modes obtained by the two methods are basically the same for more than ten elements, such as ZnCU, Fe, La and so on. According to the actual work demand, we can choose a method to pretreat the sample. For the elements such as Au-Pb, the microwave digestion method may have some serious problems such as sample uniformity, representativeness and analysis detection limit because of the small sample size. For Hg, the ashing method should have significant element loss, and it is more suitable to use microwave digestion method for As. there are some problems in both methods. It is suggested that direct dissolution of nitric acid and perchloric acid should be used to pretreat plant samples.
