金源礦區(qū)房柱法開采圍巖穩(wěn)定性分析

【摘要】:為了對礦區(qū)深部開采巖體的穩(wěn)定性及巖爆傾向性進行深入地分析研究,本文針對金源礦區(qū)深部開采而可能帶來的穩(wěn)定性問題進行了數(shù)值模擬分析,結(jié)果表明:1中段開采過程中,拉應(yīng)力集中在采場頂柱和部分礦柱,需嚴密監(jiān)測中部礦柱應(yīng)力,必要時可對其施加預(yù)應(yīng)力錨桿加固;2礦柱水平位移基本變化不大,底板有輕微的底臌現(xiàn)象;3對60m長度單礦塊的開采模擬中,若需多個礦塊同時開采時,可采用隔一采一的方式有效控制圍巖變形,保證開采安全;4若對埋深不同的多中段同時開采,最大彈性應(yīng)變能將達到1.16×105J/m3,會對周邊礦柱及圍巖的穩(wěn)定性留下安全應(yīng)隱患。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze deeply the stability and rockburst tendency of the deep mining rock mass in the mining area, this paper makes a numerical simulation analysis of the possible stability problems caused by the deep mining in Jinyuan mining area. The results show that in the process of mining in the middle section of the first section, The tensile stress is concentrated on the top pillar of the stope and part of the pillar. The stress of the central pillar needs to be closely monitored. If necessary, the horizontal displacement of the No. 2 pillar can be strengthened with prestressed anchor bars. In the mining simulation of 3 pairs of 60 m long single ore blocks with slight floor heave, the deformation of surrounding rock can be effectively controlled by the method of one-mining and one-by-one if multiple ore blocks are needed to be mined simultaneously. The maximum elastic strain energy will reach 1.16 脳 10 ~ 5J / m ~ (3), which will leave a hidden danger to the stability of the surrounding pillar and surrounding rock.
