采動(dòng)影響下采空區(qū)頂板移動(dòng)規(guī)律及仿真模擬探究

【摘要】:隨著煤炭資源的不斷被大量消耗,煤炭儲(chǔ)量逐漸減少,埋藏越來越深,導(dǎo)致地壓大,采空區(qū)頂板移動(dòng)變化越來越復(fù)雜。煤層開采過程中,煤層上頂板移動(dòng)會(huì)逐漸形成三個(gè)發(fā)育體系帶:冒落帶(也稱垮落帶)、裂隙帶和彎曲下沉帶。三帶會(huì)引起安全事故,尤其裂隙帶會(huì)引發(fā)突水,瓦斯災(zāi)害,所以對采空三帶的觀測研究對煤礦安全回采有著重要意義。 本文以袁莊煤礦Ⅳ6214工作面開采為背景,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得了原巖物理力學(xué)參數(shù)和巖石屬性,運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)仿真模擬、理論研究、現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測等方式研究了Ⅳ6214工作面采后上覆巖層移動(dòng)和層裂隙場演化過程及礦壓顯現(xiàn),得出了上覆巖層的應(yīng)力和位移時(shí)空演化規(guī)律;得出了回采對回采巷道礦壓的影響規(guī)律;分析研究了三帶的成因及機(jī)理,并確定了三帶高度及波及范圍;分析了影響三帶的其他因素;并對其上覆Ⅲ水平北運(yùn)輸大巷進(jìn)行了影響分析。另外,對Ⅲ水平北運(yùn)輸大巷向工作面的滲水情況作了準(zhǔn)確的評估和預(yù)測,為滲水危害的防治方法提供了依據(jù)。 本文研究結(jié)論不僅可以指導(dǎo)袁莊煤礦深部6煤層的生產(chǎn),還能為深部4煤層的可開發(fā)性評估提供理論及測試依據(jù),有可能延長袁莊煤礦的服務(wù)年限。
[Abstract]:With the continuous consumption of coal resources, coal reserves are gradually reduced, buried deeper and deeper, resulting in greater ground pressure, more and more complex roof movement changes in goaf. The roof movement on the coal seam will gradually form three developmental system zones: the caving zone (also known as the caving zone, the fracture zone and the bending and sinking zone). The three zones will cause safety accidents, especially the crack zone will cause water inrush and gas disaster.
