辛置煤礦間歇開(kāi)采巖移機(jī)理及沉陷規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:為了研究巨厚黃土層下間歇開(kāi)采巖移機(jī)理及地表沉陷規(guī)律,基于辛置煤礦的地質(zhì)采礦條件,對(duì)條帶開(kāi)采煤柱的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了理論分析,得到了傾斜煤層煤柱穩(wěn)定性的判別函數(shù);采用UDEC數(shù)值分析方法反演了百畝溝村莊下前期條帶開(kāi)采覆巖及地表沉陷特征,揭示了巖層移動(dòng)的機(jī)理,獲取了研究區(qū)域主斷面的地表沉陷值。隔離煤柱回收后,依據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),分析了間歇開(kāi)采地表動(dòng)態(tài)和靜態(tài)地表沉陷特征,求取了地表移動(dòng)角值參數(shù)和概率積分預(yù)計(jì)參數(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明,前期條帶開(kāi)采煤柱能夠形成穩(wěn)定的核區(qū),煤柱安全系數(shù)為2.34,關(guān)鍵層不破斷,地表最大下沉217 mm,最大水平拉伸變形為0.41 mm/m,小于窯洞的Ⅰ級(jí)抗拉伸水平變形的臨界值。間隔煤柱回采后,地表移動(dòng)初始期和活躍期偏短累計(jì)219 d,最大下沉點(diǎn)下沉量與下沉?xí)r間服從負(fù)指數(shù)函數(shù)關(guān)系;地表終態(tài)最大下沉1 537 mm,水平拉伸變形為3.98 mm/m,地表建(構(gòu))筑物所受的采動(dòng)損壞程度超過(guò)了Ⅱ級(jí)。間歇開(kāi)采后地表沉陷下沉系數(shù)為0.74,開(kāi)采影響傳播角系數(shù)為0.6。
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanism of intermittent mining rock movement and the law of surface subsidence under the extremely thick loess layer, based on the geological and mining conditions of Xinji Coal Mine, the stability of strip open coal pillar is analyzed theoretically, and the discriminant function of stability of inclined coal seam pillar is obtained. In this paper, the characteristics of overburden and surface subsidence in the early stage strip mining of Baimu Gou village are inversed by using UDEC numerical analysis method. The mechanism of strata movement is revealed, and the surface subsidence value of the main section of the study area is obtained. Based on the field measured data, the dynamic and static surface subsidence characteristics of intermittent mining are analyzed, and the parameters of surface movement angle and probability integral prediction are obtained. The results show that the early stripe mining pillar can form a stable core area. The safety factor of coal pillar is 2.34, the key layer is unbroken, the maximum subsidence is 217 mm, the maximum horizontal tensile deformation is 0.41 mm / m, which is less than the critical value of grade I tensile horizontal deformation of cave. The initial and active periods of surface movement are short for 219 days, and the relationship between the maximum subsidence point and subsidence time is negative exponent function. The maximum final subsidence is 1 537 mm, the horizontal tensile deformation is 3.98 mm / m, and the mining damage degree of the ground building is higher than that of grade 鈪,
