高濃度膠結(jié)充填開采支架與圍巖關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:通過分析高濃度膠結(jié)充填開采上覆巖層移動規(guī)律和支架與圍巖關(guān)系,建立了頂板載荷計算方式,并通過新陽礦工程實例進(jìn)行驗證。研究表明:采場周期來壓步距增大,強(qiáng)度降低,表明充填體能夠有效支撐頂板,減緩上覆巖層的擾動,充填開采相比普通垮落綜采,支架需要更高的工作阻力,并且高支護(hù)強(qiáng)度可以有效限制頂板的下沉,進(jìn)而提高充填率,減緩地表變形。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the law of overlying strata movement in high concentration cemented filling mining and the relation between support and surrounding rock, the calculation method of roof load is established, and verified by a case study in Xinyang Mine. The decrease of strength indicates that the backfill can effectively support the roof and slow down the disturbance of the overlying strata. Compared with the general caving fully mechanized mining, the support needs higher working resistance, and the high support strength can effectively limit the subsidence of the roof. Then the filling rate is increased and the surface deformation is slowed down.
