煤巖體巷道壁面鉆孔減震吸能性能研究

【摘要】:為了掌握瓦斯爆炸沖擊載荷在煤巖巷道壁面鉆孔下的傳播衰減規(guī)律,揭示煤巖巷道壁面鉆孔減震吸能機(jī)理,提高巷道系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定性能,基于一維平面應(yīng)力波理論和節(jié)理剛度模型分析了煤礦井下巷道圍巖鉆孔的減震吸能機(jī)理,解釋了煤巖壁面鉆孔的存在對(duì)應(yīng)力波傳遞的減弱和阻隔作用。為了深入研究巷道壁面鉆孔的減震吸能性能,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立方形巷道模型,模型壁面設(shè)置有鉆孔,針對(duì)巷道右壁面和頂板布置相應(yīng)監(jiān)測點(diǎn),對(duì)瓦斯爆炸沖擊載荷作用下巷道壁面鉆孔的減震吸能性能進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。結(jié)果表明:由于介質(zhì)的非連續(xù)性和不同介質(zhì)之間特性存在差異,煤巖體巷道壁面鉆孔有效消減了鉆孔后煤巖體質(zhì)點(diǎn)中波的強(qiáng)度及速度,具有一定的減震吸能作用。研究煤巖巷道壁面鉆孔在沖擊載荷作用下的減震吸能性能,為研究瓦斯爆炸沖擊載荷對(duì)巷道系統(tǒng)安全性和穩(wěn)定性提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the law of propagation and attenuation of gas explosion impact load under coal and rock roadway wall drilling, the mechanism of energy absorption and shock absorption of coal rock roadway wall borehole is revealed, and the safety and stability performance of roadway system is improved. Based on the theory of one-dimensional plane stress wave and the stiffness model of joint, the mechanism of energy absorption of boreholes in underground roadways is analyzed. This paper explains the weakening and blocking effect of corresponding force wave transmission in boreholes of coal and rock face. In order to deeply study the energy absorption performance of boreholes in roadway wall, a square tunnel model is established by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and boreholes are arranged on the wall of the model. Corresponding monitoring points are arranged on the right wall and roof of the roadway. The energy absorption performance of boreholes in roadway wall under the action of gas explosion impact load is numerically simulated. The results show that because of the discontinuity of the medium and the difference of the characteristics between different media, The wall drilling of coal and rock roadway effectively reduces the intensity and velocity of the medium wave of coal and rock mass particle after drilling, and has a certain effect of energy absorption and shock absorption. The seismic and energy absorption performance of coal rock roadway wall drilling under impact load is studied. It provides a basis for studying the safety and stability of roadway system under the impact load of gas explosion.
