中厚煤層超高水材料充填開(kāi)采圍巖活動(dòng)規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:如何更好地開(kāi)采“三下”壓煤已成為煤礦開(kāi)采領(lǐng)域中的重要研究?jī)?nèi)容,而充填開(kāi)采技術(shù)是充分有效開(kāi)采“三下”壓煤、提高煤炭資源采出率及控制地表沉陷的綠色開(kāi)采技術(shù)。本文基于超高水材料的基本性質(zhì),依據(jù)義能煤礦CG1301工作面的超高水材料充填開(kāi)采應(yīng)用情況,結(jié)合充填開(kāi)采相關(guān)理論分析、數(shù)值模擬分析及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)分析等手段,對(duì)中厚煤層超高水材料充填開(kāi)采圍巖活動(dòng)規(guī)律及控制機(jī)理進(jìn)行了初步分析,通過(guò)本研究得到了以下主要結(jié)論:(1)總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外中厚煤層充填開(kāi)采現(xiàn)狀,確定了研究?jī)?nèi)容和技術(shù)路線。(2)通過(guò)分析中厚煤層超高水材料充填開(kāi)采特點(diǎn),總結(jié)出了適合中厚煤層充填開(kāi)采的充填法以及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和適用條件。(3)總結(jié)出采空區(qū)充填開(kāi)采覆巖控制的相關(guān)理論主要有充填力學(xué)、關(guān)鍵層理論、等價(jià)采高理論和空隙量守恒理論,并從三個(gè)方面闡述了超高水材料充填體控制覆巖變形的機(jī)理。(4)詳細(xì)分析了中厚煤層超高水材料袋式充填開(kāi)采覆巖控制機(jī)理,得出其圍巖活動(dòng)規(guī)律。(5)采用數(shù)值模擬,得出超高水材料充填體能有效地控制了圍巖活動(dòng),隨著采空區(qū)充填率的提高,控制圍巖效果越好。(6)通過(guò)對(duì)中厚煤層超高水材料充填開(kāi)采工程應(yīng)用分析,得出該技術(shù)不僅能夠很好地控制采空區(qū)圍巖活動(dòng),也具有顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和長(zhǎng)久的社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:How to better mine the "three down" coal compaction has become an important research content in the field of coal mining, and the filling mining technology is to fully and effectively exploit the "three lower" coal compaction. This paper, based on the basic properties of ultra-high water materials and the application of ultra-high water material filling mining in CG1301 face of Yineng Coal Mine, analyzes the relevant theory of filling mining according to the green mining technology of improving the mining rate of coal resources and controlling the surface subsidence. By means of numerical simulation analysis and field measurement analysis, the movement law and control mechanism of surrounding rock in super-high water filling mining in medium and thick coal seam are preliminarily analyzed. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) the present situation of filling and mining of medium and thick coal seams at home and abroad is summarized, and the research content and technical route are determined. (2) by analyzing the characteristics of filling and mining of ultra-high water materials in medium and thick coal seams, The filling method suitable for filling mining in medium and thick coal seam and its advantages, disadvantages and applicable conditions are summarized. The relevant theories of overburden control in goaf filling mining are summarized as follows: filling mechanics, key layer theory, equivalent mining height theory and void volume conservation theory. The control mechanism of overburden deformation controlled by ultra-high water material filling body is expounded from three aspects. (4) the control mechanism of overburden mining with ultra-high water material bag filling in medium and thick coal seam is analyzed in detail, and the surrounding rock movement law is obtained by numerical simulation. It is concluded that the physical capacity of ultra-high water material filling can effectively control the surrounding rock movement, and with the increase of goaf filling rate, the better the control effect of surrounding rock is, through the analysis of the application of super-high water material filling mining engineering in medium and thick coal seam. It is concluded that the technology can not only control the wall rock movement in goaf, but also have remarkable economic and long-term social benefits.
