【摘要】：近年來國內(nèi)開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)得到了快速發(fā)展,尤其是大學(xué)開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室起步早,成果顯著,而企業(yè)、事業(yè)及科研單位起步較晚,發(fā)展水平有待提高。與發(fā)達(dá)國家相比,社會服務(wù)型、科學(xué)研究型的開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室差距較大。本中心屬于科研型公益事業(yè)單位,實(shí)物地質(zhì)資料服務(wù)是其特色。為了更加科學(xué)、高效地服務(wù)社會,建立一套開放的社會服務(wù)體系是非常必要的。特別是在取樣服務(wù)工作中,一個擁有實(shí)物地質(zhì)資料特色的開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室就更加重要。本文明確了開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室的目的、意義及發(fā)展方向,結(jié)合實(shí)物地質(zhì)資料取樣服務(wù)工作,探討了實(shí)物地質(zhì)資料開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室在硬件平臺建設(shè)、軟件平臺開發(fā)管理、規(guī)劃業(yè)務(wù)范圍、綜合運(yùn)行模式、計算機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)等方面的設(shè)計要求,為實(shí)物地質(zhì)資料開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室提供了設(shè)計方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of open laboratories in China has been developing rapidly, especially the open laboratories in universities have started early and achieved remarkable results, while enterprises, undertakings and scientific research institutions have started relatively late, and the level of development needs to be improved. Compared with the developed countries, The social service type, the scientific research type open laboratory disparity is big. This center belongs to the scientific research type public welfare institution, the physical geological data service is its characteristic, in order to serve the society more scientifically, efficiently, It is very necessary to set up an open social service system. Especially in sampling service, it is more important to have an open laboratory with the characteristics of physical geological data. The significance and direction of development, combined with the sampling service of physical geological data, the construction of hardware platform, the development and management of software platform, the planning of business scope and the comprehensive operation mode of open laboratory of physical geological data are discussed. The design requirements of computer management system provide a design scheme for the open laboratory of physical geological data.
