鈣基固化劑對釩礦污染土壤固化效果的研究

【摘要】:針對國內(nèi)外對釩礦污染土壤修復研究少的現(xiàn)狀,選擇氧化鈣、氯化鈣、羥基磷灰石三種鈣基固化劑對釩礦污染土壤進行固化效果研究。結(jié)果表明:在中性環(huán)境下,三種鈣基固化劑分別在0.5%、1%、2%添加量時,對釩(V)的固化率由高到低依次為氧化鈣氯化鈣羥基磷灰石,對鉻(Cr)的固化效果為氧化鈣優(yōu)于氯化鈣和羥基磷灰石;除添加2%氯化鈣外,其他固化劑的不同添加量均降低了V的伴生重金屬Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn的浸出量;在添加量2%、固化3h時,氧化鈣對V和Cr的固化率分別達到99.0%和38.6%;氧化鈣固化污染土壤后,V的殘渣態(tài)比例為22.9%,比固化前提高了76.2%。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the present situation of little research on the remediation of vanadium ore contaminated soil at home and abroad, calcium oxide, calcium chloride and hydroxyapatite were selected to study the solidification effect of calcium oxide, calcium chloride and hydroxyapatite on vanadium ore contaminated soil. The curing efficiency of the three calcium based curing agents is calcium oxide, calcium chloride hydroxyapatite, and chromium-cr, respectively, when the content of the three calcium curing agents is 0.5% and 2%, respectively, and the curing effect of calcium oxide is superior to that of calcium chloride and hydroxyapatite, except for the addition of 2% calcium chloride, the curing effect of calcium oxide is better than that of calcium chloride and hydroxyapatite, except for the addition of 2% calcium chloride. The addition of other curing agents decreased the leaching amount of CD _ (2) Cu ~ (2 +) Pb ~ (2 +) Zn, a heavy metal associated with V, and at the addition of 2%, solidified for 3 h, the leaching rate of Pb ~ (2 +) Zn was decreased. The solidification rates of calcium oxide to V and Cr were 99.0% and 38.6%, respectively, and the proportion of residual state of V after calcium oxide curing contaminated soil was 22.9m, which was 76.2% higher than that before solidification.
